I should add - I called 4 minutes after our appointment was supposed to start and he 'stepped out of the office' for him to call back about 17 minutes after the meeting was supposed to start while I sat with major anxiety. So if I had gone in person, he wouldn't have even been there. Then, he didn't even listen to my case!! Said something about me wanting a case from 10,000 feet high? No dude, I was born disabled and have been fighting this on my own since 2009 and was referred to this abysmal agency. If I could give ZERO stars I would. They should specify that they only want easy imminent physical disabilities, else they have no time or care.
