He told me that he did not think he could find an expert who would criticize her treatment. He explained that not all bad results are malpractice. After he was done, he encouraged me to take the records he had gathered and check with other lawyers who specialize in medical mistakes lawsuits. I checked with two other offices and they agreed with Mr. Hammond. He didn't charge me anything to check the file.
