Kate sat down with me on several occasions and explained things. Once we had things figured out and before we paid any money, she sat down with my aging mother (Alzheimers) and explained things several times over. She and her associates also took the time to come to the nursing home where my father (very aware of everything just physical issues) was to get the paperwork done. She took the time to explain to him and my Mother again before we proceeded. The only issue arose was when we used a lawyer in another state that was not competent (my mother selected him) with items there. Kate was completely helpful thru the end of the Trust and with items after both my parents passing as well. In my opinion she was both caring and competent and patient.
