How did I end up here?…read more Having dinner with some associates, I was eating as I normally do yet one person noticed my eating habits and asked me what was wrong. My response... Oh my tongue just feels a little funny so I'm taking a break. Immediately, everyone at the table was in shock and said I must be allergic because you shouldn't have to "take a break" from food. Well heck I've been "taking breaks" for years and I've always taken allergy pills over the counter but thought that was normal. At the behest of a concerned colleagues and family, I went ahead and made what I thought was an unneeded appointment here. What's so funny is three people who do not know each other whatsoever all recommended I go see Dr. Ruiz. That's not just a coincidence but a cosmic sign of intervention that was needed and this was where I need to be. I'll jump right to it ... the staff was ultra-courteous and professional. Dr. Ruiz was so nice and explained everything. I told him about my symptoms and things that were going on. He explained the how, what, when and why then we went on with the tests. When it was time for test kit for allergies wow I had things going off like fireworks! Great news, I am not allergic to any foods. The swelling I've been feeling in my tongue and the change in body temperature was only my body overreacting thinking it was one thing yet it wasn't. Dr. Ruiz said that was the only way I was able to take a break and go back and if I were truly allergic there would be no returning to that food and I probably would've passed out a long time ago. I'm of a certain age where I wasn't affected by the peanut allergy so I'm safe. Allergy testing is not just for kids. Don't be like me and suffer in silence, go see someone to make your daily interactions with the environment much more pleasant; and you won't have people at the dinner table staring at you with looks of wonder.

She talks with you in a very calm manner, and gives you a feeling of comfort right away. The office is clean, the staff are quick and proficient, and the waiting time once you're at the appointment is no more than 15 minutes. When you make an appointment though, you usually won't get one right away. It's usually about 2-3 weeks out.

Dr. Kumari is an outstanding doctor. She has been my OBGYN for 22 years. She not only delivered…read moremy second child but she also cared for me through my extensive struggles with Endometriosis and identified an ovarian cyst that was removed before it turned into full blown ovarian cancer. She not only has the best bedside manner that I have ever experienced by anyone else in the medical profession, she is very knowledgeable and truly cares for her patients. She remains calm during scary situations and takes the time to thoroughly explain your situation, options and her recommendations. My only concern about Dr. Kumari is one day she will decide to take her much deserved retirement and there is o other doctor that I trust more with my life. Thank you Dr. Kumari for all you have done for me, my mother and my sisters who were/are all patients of yours. Our lives have been much better because of you and treating each one of us as though we are your only patient. When my father met you after my Mother's hysterectomy he was so impressed he even wanted to become a patient of yous and was very diappointed when e learned that was not possible. God bless you!

I saw Dr Ojile for 3 years and I do not recommend him. I agree with the other negative reviews…read moreposted. I would give a negative star if possible. The staff at his office are not friendly and can be very difficult to get assistance with. If you have a question expect to have to follow up. Dr Ojile does not like being questioned and does not provide clear answers when offering treatment that doesn't make sense to the patient. He offered repeat treatments, despite the treatment not being helpful originally and that being clearly communicated with him. He refused to offer any other type of treatment, despite my insistence. This doctor has little compassion or flexibility. Dr Ojile tested me for low iron and then refused to prescribe an iron supplement himself, as he is a sleep specialist and I guess has no knowledge of how to accurately prescribe iron. He told me I should not start the iron yet and need to go through tests first. He had to speak with my GP, who prescribed the iron supplement immediately when I met with her. She disagreed that I needed to wait as he said. I will no longer be seeing Dr Ojile and I don't recommend anyone waste their time with this office.
