I can't speak to the entire firm, but Ms. Abrams, a partner, was an attorney we hired to help us to…read moreexpand. To be fair, she has talent - but it comes with an intense desire for YOUR money. She took EVERY opportunity to bill for her time. Avoid consulting Ms. Abrams unless you have deep pockets and money is of no real concern. Let me explain. We run a small business and hired her to draft a contract. She competently drafted a simple document for us for $250, which was a reasonable fee and what any practicing attorney might charge. Now, where Ms. Abrams becomes unique, is in her practice of billing. She billed us for EVERY conversation, EVERY email - ANY moment she needed to review what she wrote with us and then make changes. This inflated her fee no less than 340% - Ms. Abbrams charged us $850 for a $250 service - if the same service was performed by another attorney. I can't say we received a contract worth the extra 340% fee. If you write drafts that require review, and who doesn't really, you can inflate your fee very easily - if you want to - and she does, We believe she is predatory and why we wrote this review. I caution you, sincerely. Caveat emptor! (or Latin for "let the buyer beware").

I really like how he reached out us to discuss what would be the best proper "strategy" for our case. In my opinion, strategy and credibility is everything - these are qualities Eric Milby and his firm have. I consider myself someone that could successfully represent myself but after working with Eric, I know I could never have done what he did for us.
