A popular gas apps has someone reporting wrong prices (80 cents less) causing problems for the station. Luckily, Yelp gives you photos. So, the prices are similar to other stations in town. I reached out to the dealership by email to discuss the issue and request assistance with the repair costs, but I received no response at all. Ignoring a customer who just bought a vehicle from you is unacceptable. Selling a car in this condition without disclosure shows either negligence or dishonesty. I now have to pay for repairs that should have been addressed before the sale. I expected better integrity and accountability from a licensed dealer. I'm sharing this review to warn other buyers: Have any vehicle from this dealer inspected by an independent mechanic before buying, and be cautious of how they handle problems after the sale.

Great- went and got my oil and came back. My oil was measured and I had 4 quarts. My truck takes two additional gallons than the standard 5 gallon oil change- so what's fair I assumed is not charging me the two additional gallons and maybe getting $4/quart discount off on the two remaining quarts of my oil. I asked how many quarts a standard oil change covered. The guy (Nate I think? Some cocky black dude) tried talking me in circles and saying it doesn't matter because my truck takes 7. I asked again- yeah but I want to know how many quarts an oil change includes. He again told me I don't need to know that. I then asked how much a regular one was- I like to be included in price calculation and see/know the breakdown. He talked the most nonsense circles around me saying "you don't need to know that- I'll just tell you you owe me $67 (or something near that- after quoting me $40 something earlier lol). "I'll do the math for you ok?" He said. "I'll keep this as simple as I can for you." Again I asked- how much is the normal oil change? He said "what do you not trust me? I'm not doing anything dirty or trying to slip anything by you. I'm just telling you what you owe me to keep this as simple as I can for you. You don't need to know the breakdown." I tried to explain- I like to know my breakdown and I like to see where a price comes from. He did one last crooked comment about "I'm not a scammer ok- I just know I can do the math for you so you can understand how much to pay me." I should have left but the car was probably opened below. I rolled my windows up and sat while this person who thinks he is outsmarting me and refuses to tell me price breakdown does whatever to my car. I paid whatever number he made up. My bill wasn't even close to what he had tried to pull over my eyes earlier.. and as he read the nonsense bill breakdown the $4/quart discount then turned to $1/quart discount and he even read it to me how he originally quoted- stating $4/quart like I told you but pointing to only one quart given credit ($4 total) part on the bill. I'll never be back here ever and I'll warn anyone about this crooked place. I also was charged the 3 quarts extra that I needed except I brought in 4 quarts and paid for a 5quart oil change! Oh the irony. No wonder he didn't want me seeing the bill or knowing the breakdown. Crooked. Then he listened to us and took us around the Mavericks that met our wishes. He was NOT a car salesman he was low key and very knowledgeable on these trucks. Not pushy or aggressive at all, we were surprised. After driving one, we decided to talk. He asked us what we were hoping for then, we worked from there. We were trading in my car so we wanted a fair deal, plus the employee pricing discount! After a few visits to his boss we had a deal, we think a great deal. Down payment and monthly payments right where we wanted. The credit visit while a little longer due to all the paperwork but was also stress free. Christinna was very easy to work with and sure knows her car purchase laws and paperwork! She made it very easy and quick. We haven't purchased a car in over 15 years and were expecting pushy sales people, stressful dealings and it was no of that! It was a great purchase through the whole transaction. The communication with the service department is ridiculous. My girlfriend has left many messages with no call back, I call and I get a call back about 25 percent of the time. We had no idea a part was on back order, then when they fixed flex plate issue, a new charge was added for a timing issue, that was not present before going in. Another 1300 dollars lithia wanted for this issue. Now I went in very hot and the service manager, that doesnt seem to be well reviewed on here, said the would comp the charges but there will be no warranty. Id be willing to bet they misdiagnosed the initial problem and tried to charge us for their screw up. This place is so shady and full liars. As far as the no warranty goes, that is perfectly fine because there will be no more business done with lithia on my end, and I will tell as many people as possible about this experience. Ps. Dear service manager dont bother with your back handed reply, stating that you take feed back seriously, then adding your snide rebuttal to my review. It falls on deaf ears, and from all the other reviews I have read, would be better spent on fixing the poor reputation of the service department. We would just like our car fixed finally.
