For one the guy didn't do my nails the way I asked him, and I even showed him a photo of what type of nails I wanted. Then he cut my actual nails so short that it hurts to do anything. Lu is the bomb. The salon offers very specialized nail designs for the guests. The nails are super durable, they don't lift and they look amazing. Although some may think the pricing is high, you get what you pay for. Quality does not come cheap. Thanks for what y'all do! read more

My friend had recommended this place to me so I decided to go. I waited for my turn for about thirty minutes. I was there with my children. Two boys a 5 and 2 years old. My youngest son grabbed a hold of the shellac samples the plastic thing that they hand u to pick a color. And I saw nothing wrong with that. All of a sudden a man gets up and approaches me and tells me if I cant control my son to leave. I wouldn't say it was the worst manicure ever, but it was pretty close. Most important, this place is dirty. None of the utensils came out of the sterile packaging. It does look like they are remodeling, but that is no excuse for cluttered and dirty workstations. The guy who did my nails; his nails were filthy. Not filthy as in just not cared for, I mean like dirt jammed under his nails filthy. Gross. Their pedicudre chairs looked ancient with the leather peeling off. Second, for 15$ for a manicure, I feel like I got ripped off. My nails didn't get buffed, the polish job was shoddy and messy and started peeling after I got home and no scrub and a very lame massage (more like just putting lotion on).
