He is an intelligent stand up man, who puts his client before a paycheck. I've learned so much more about traffic laws after talking to this man for two minutes, compared to anything I could find online for city traffic code. There's no sugar coating anything with him, he'll tell your situation and he'll equip you with the knowledge necessary to make it threw. It is troubling that they were fully available to communicate on weekends when accepting payment, but now refuse to discuss a refund until a scheduled meeting on Monday at 1 p.m.--a delay that only wastes more precious time in an ongoing custody matter. To date, no substantive work has been completed on the case. Not a single motion has been filed, not even an entry of appearance--the most elementary step in representation. Instead, we've witnessed failed attempts to access the Cuyahoga County portal and have had to file our own motions and records requests to move things forward. It appears their focus is on prolonged billing rather than effective legal action, which is entirely unacceptable. I am formally demanding a full refund of the $5,000 retainer so that I may secure an attorney who will act diligently, ethically, and in my best interest.

This Attorney was my son's attorney. My son sat in jail for 6 months and only spoke with this man…read moretwice the entire time he was incarcerated. The first time he only spoke to my son when it was his first day of court the day before and said he would be to see him soon after. He also told my son that he should take a plea deal for a sentencing of 2-4yrs with the other charge dropped and he will be able to file for judicial after 18months with time served Included. Well the day of sentencing he lied to my son on the same day of court, and said that everything changed, they were still charging him with both cases and his sentence will be 5-61/2 yrs with no judicial!! the very same day!! my son was so out of it he didn't understand by John led my son to believe he would be home under Judicial!! he lied!! He is very unethical he is not trust worthy and he doesn't go to bat for his clients!!! He refused all of my sons calls the entire time he was in jail and never visited but once!! I have filed a formal complaint against him with the Ohio Bar association and it will proceed to the courts. I would not recommend anyone getting this man as a attorney!!!!
