He was bragging about having custody of his grand daughter rather then doing his job and looking into our case. Used us for $3,000 and threaten to walk off. The dad who won custody of the case has an assault charge on a female in front of kids and drug and alcohol history been in rehab twice never paid child support. jeffery told us that its expunged and i understand that to certain extent when its a violent charge expunged or not this should of still played a big part in how he should never have custody of any kids. guess according to stark county violent charges and not paying child support is how you get custody of your kids. oh dont forget to beat the mother too they will look past it
