I left there and came to auto zone I asked Shane the manager if he could test my battery and without hesitation came out and ran the check not only on the battery but alternator as well. Turns out battery was bad. Shane removed the old one and installed the new and checked again before I left. Now that's great service. No question where I will go next time.

Turns out it was just the battery, which they once again were honest and helpful with choosing the best option for me. Special recognition to Julz, who helped me change the battery, which is especially difficult on a Chevy Impala. He did it in about 15 mnts., when the usual time it takes is 30-45 mnts. He also sprayed some non-corrosive spray, and threw in some new post covers for me. Very helpful, saved me a LOT of time and headache.

If i could give them zero stars i would. Go to the Advance Auto across the street. Bad staff, bad management across the board here. Already left a message with corporate's customer service line about the unhelpful staff and the damage they did to my car and pretended to be too stupid to fix. I was told that the batteries could be delivered to my home but not installed there. So I imposed upon someone with a trailer to load up the golf cart and me (I'm an eighty year old man with limited mobility). When we arrived at the store at the appointed time that I set up before hand and was told again that they will not install. I mentioned that I had spoken to several people prior to coming out. I was then told that the business had "changed management" and that they now no longer do this. Another employee had been in the process of ringing us up when this young lady said that. Needless to say, we left without purchasing and I am happy to give my money with a management team who is happy to install.Not even one star is deserved. Good luck batteries plus. Bad reviews are no joke to businesses.
