These gentlemen are so good I had to leave more than one review. They diagnosed my car issue by simply listening to a statement about my gas cap. I'm still in awe. Around 5, when nobody had shown up or contacted us, we called and were told they didn't have a driver near us but a driver from Indiana (1.5 hours from our location) was on their way. Around 8pm, we called again, and were told that actually WE had canceled needing assistance. In short, we waited hours with no communication from Tally's, and them falsely saying we canceled, from which I can only presume is because they didn't want to actually drive that far and, from their own admission, "requests from GEICO automatically get accepted even if we don't have a driver". Terrible customer service, terrible service in general. Don't waste your time.
