I stopped in because my windshield washer fluid pump stopped working. I read up that odds are, it…read morewas a fuse. When I went in, I was greeted right away. I explained my problem, and the manager came and helped. He tested my fuses for me, and explained how to take them out and test them myself. When the fuses were all okay, he checked to make sure all the lines were okay and connected. He then suggested since my fuses and connections were all right, that it was most likely my fluid pump, and that I should contact the dealer since the car is still under warranty. Rarely have I seen stores these days give such great customer service. These guys were all polite, friendly and helpful. I will definitely come here again!

I returned to the lot at Clarion Univ where my daughter parked the SUV, quickly changed the battery and returned the tool kit back to the store. They came through when I need help the most! Sure, there are other auto parts stores in the area, but I'm convinced none of them would have lent me their tools!
