Mine's low profile with the lithium battery and all the bells and whistles. Blue tooth with approx screen size of 8 to 10 inches. Two 5-1/2 inch speakers and lots of cup holders. We bought it to cruise the neighborhood, and it's awesome for that! It worked perfectly for 2 weeks, then we loaded it on the trailer and took it cross town to visit family for the 4th of July. It worked fine at first, then the whole electrical system started turning off when the brake was pressed down. So, we learned to drive with no brakes very well for a couple days. My wife called Battery Source of Albany and they asks us to bring it in. By that afternoon, I was picking up my perfectly working Golf Cart. I called today 8/26/2025 well within the warranty to get it exchanged, and was told after sending in pictures, and my date of purchase, that it was not covered. And told me it exploded due to my cable could of been loose. How could it have been loose my cable was still attached to the lug that blow off. I know its only a $119.00 to get a replacement, but its under the warranty. I would not buy a battery here. Just my 2 cent. I am replacing all with trojan Batteries just cant trust then.

I then took it to O'Reilly's. He tested the battery then had to jump off my car because it wouldn't crank and then said "yep, it's your alternator." $300 later and I bought an alternator. Went to put it on and my positive battery terminal was loose. Tightened it up and no more issues. Went to crank the car to go to work the next morning and it wouldn't crank. I got someone to jump me off and drove an hour away from home to Macon Battery. Neal immediately greeted me and then tested my battery. He said I needed a new battery. He had tested it, taken the old one out, and installed a new one all in less than 10 minutes. My car cranked right up and I was on my way to work. I can now get my money back on the alternator. The battery I bought from here was less expensive than the last one I bought WITH A DISCOUNT at O'Reillys. I told Neal he was my best friend today! Super knowledgeable and very friendly. I will recommend this place to everyone.

Very good customer service there. Turns out the battery was still good but an arm inside the watch misplaced, causing the battery to unseat and disconnect. He fixed that, also put in a new battery and I was on my way. He even drew a sketch to show me what happened and admitted he was puzzled too. You can't beat this place for good service and information. While I was waiting, I looked around and noted possible Christmas gifts for young men in my family and at good prices. This guy turned out to be Shaik Subhan from MIYAPUR, HYDERABAD, TELANGANA. But through the Bill Of Lading we see the engine came from Auto Parts R Us. It was evident through our certified mechanic, the engine had not been ran for several years and it was locked up. Auto Parts R Us acts as if we are lying and wants our mechanic to tear it down to see/prove why it is locked up. Shaik Subhan gave us a warranty and it has not been honored after charging $650. I'm not sure how this guy fits in with Auto Parts R Us, maybe we both were scammed. But, we definitely were given a bad engine. And we are definitely out $650.I would not do business with them again
