I'm terrible with fixing my car problems, & planned to drive an hour south later in the evening, had no time to take it to a shop. I've had an excellent experience at this auto parts store every time I've purchased parts from…read morethem. One counter person at this store was particularly helpful. Jason should be recognized for standing out. I own two vehicles that weren't sold new in the United States and basically are not supported by any auto parts stores (or even Rock Auto!). The parts nearly always have be to ordered from the UK and take weeks to receive. On two separate occasions, Jason was able to cross reference the parts and find them in the O'Reilly system. I got the parts in one day or less, not weeks. From experience, I can say, no other auto parts person would have either been able to do this or would have taken the time. Auto parts stores once went the extra mile, but not so much anymore. I've been driving for over 50 years and own 10 cars, so I've seen it all. It's a great store and it's convenient to my home. Jason is exceptional!

My husband went in tonight to ask about scanning my car because the airbag light was on. The…read moreyounger employee (with glasses, longer hair and scruffy goatee) told him there is nothing that could be done and after my husband asked a couple more questions, the employee laughed and told him that he would just put tape over the airbag light on the dash.... Never going there again. That is NOT acceptable customer service.

I don't live in this part of town but have had to stop in here twice due to small emergency…read moresituations. They did everything they possibly could do too help, in each situation. Neither where huge sales, they just truely wanted to help. I will now consider driving from my end of town past a dozen other auto shops( including other O Reilly's) to purchase things at this store.
