0If I could rate this place zero stars I would. This was an absoulte horrible experience that the…read moreservice techs take no accountability for. They changed out all 4 struts and did an alignment on my 2018 chevy suburban. A few days after a shock blew on our way to vacation and we discovered a bent control arm, which they never mentioned & we noticed a bit of rust so it had to have been bent prior which was never mentioned. The service tech blamed it on what I was hauling which was my jeep way less than the max load my suburban can handle. We changed the strut and made it 9+hours to South Dakota, so no we were NOT hauling too heavy of a load. They offered nothing besides to send it back to the manufacture which they claimed would deny it because i was hauling too heavy of a load. Highly recommend to look elsewhere when you are in need of vehicle repair or even buying a new vehicle. This place has no integrity & was so rude.

I purchased a "new" 2022 enclosed trailer in March of 2025. They explained it had been a demo…read moretrailer. It looked brand new and was discounted. I specifically asked about the warranty since that is the only reason to pay dealer prices in my opinion. I was assured it had a 3 year warranty from the day I purchased the trailer. In July of 2025 I get an email to notify me the salesman that sold me the trailer is no longer with them and asking me how the trailer is working out. I respond by saying the trailer is working fine but the seams are popping up. In less than a year there were multiple panels coming undone at the seams, and the hitch was seizing up (which it had done from the first time I used it). I never heard back from them. In January of 2026 I called for a warranty repair and was given a date to drop it off. Two weeks later I get a call saying it is fixed. I drove the hour there to pick it up. The panels are already coming undone again and they didn't fix the hitch. I am told they will take the panels off and replace them. A week or so goes by and I get a call letting me know it actually isn't under warranty because it was a discounted trailer. I argue that I was told it had a warranty. Ultimately instead of replacing the panels they just tape them back down again and agree to deliver the trailer. I was told they would take all the panels off, make sure they laid flat, then put them back on so the seams wouldn't bubble. By the time it is delivered, they have had it for 2 months, but I'm happy it is fixed and shouldn't habe to worry about it anymore. The first time I use the trailer I notice all the roof panels are no longer secured and vibrating like crazy in the wind, which it did not do prior to them habing the trailer. I take a closer look and notice they removed some rivets and didn't replace them all, there is a bolt missing from the rear door handle, and a seam in the siding is already popping. I can also see they definitely didn't remove all the panels. There are some shiny new rivets and some older ones. Clearly they didn't take all the panels off and make sure they laid flat. I can't afford to be without my trailer at this time. A couple of months go by and I call down Valder's again. This time I'm told the trailer isn't under warranty and they won't do anything to help. They lied when they sold me the trailer (shame on me for not getting something in writing) and did a very poor job attempting to repair the bubbling seams. I would not purchase something from Valder's again.
