Respectfully, To Whom It May Concern,…read more I ordered a Napa Oil Seal on 08/07/2024@approximately 09:09a.m. The part number is 14006. The amount totaled to be $11.36 The person's name on the invoice indicates T.J. e Invoice number DAL00119841598. Today, at approximately 12:19p.m., I went into NAPA and purchased an identical item. The item is also a Napa Oil Seal. Part Number:140006 e Invoice number DAL00119842401 However, the only difference is one of the two NAPA OIL Seal sold to me within the past week is missing a coiled spring inserted on one side of the seal. This is not the only issue. On Saturday, 08/09/24, I was told by an senior employee that this seems to be the issue among young employees by not understanding or ordering the correct items. And I agree. However, in my circumstances, it appears consistent with tampering with an imperative part necessary to properly install a CV axle and a wheel hub, rather than, a defective item. Chris, who seemed to be helpful in the past few days seemed reluctant today to want to extend assistance for the proper outer wheel hub seals for the same vehicle as an effort was attempted by showing him the exact item displayed on my mobile phone. AutoZone also has a Duralast Brand display on their website for $5.00 less. He shunned my efforts with an egregious attitude. As a result of their actions, I am having to order the product online. This has to be a scam to have three to four people standing around unwilling to help someone in need.

I picked it up on wednesday and the car had more noise than when i first left it for repairs. Also my speedometer didnt work my cruise didnt work either anymore, my steering was hard and it sounded like my wheel was fixing to fall off. The pops and noises I took it in for were still there and worse. They told me to take it back in so they could see what happened. They called me and told me that they found a broken wire that was broken while putting the shalf in. But they didnt check the noise on my car cause he said they didnt have time. I told them i was going out of town and i was afraid of the noise that felt like tire was fixing to fall off. Waltrr said that they couldnt check it and i didnt have any option then go out of town in it with fear the wheel would come off. I called them back after i got back from dallas the next week on Thursday and walter said he they didn't have time to fix my car. He said i could take it the next week to get it looked at if i wanted it looked at so i had no choice but make an appointment. Scott was gonna try to fix it then. I had told them i had a doctor appointment the next day and was afraid to drive it but walter didnt care one way or another. I took it to Brownwood Glass and Alignment and they made time to fix it for me and tighten the loose screws the were loose on cv halfshaft. They did not charge me one cent. I know who has my business from now on. I will not be recommending Tran Texas Tires to anyone I know or meet. Look somewhere else ir take a chance on your life. Maybe they will fix your car right.

When I told Trans a Texas what had happened, they refused to reimburse me for my tire because I hadn't kept the ruined tire. I was very unhappy with the service I received. When I called to check on whether I would be reimbursed, no one called me back. This happened 3 times. I'm very disappointed as my husband's business had done business there for 20 years.

Battery Joe is not just your average repair shop; it's the knight in shining armor for your tech…read morewoes. As a proud member of the GenX tribe, I've seen gadgets come and go, but my trusty iPhone X has been my loyal companion since its maiden release. With every password and memory stored within its sleek frame, it's practically an extension of my brain - a digital squire in the quest of modern life. However, even the sturdiest of knights can fall prey to the perils of forgetfulness. Picture this: a heated discussion, a forgetful moment, and my beloved phone takes an unexpected ride atop a stranger's car. Cue panic mode. But fear not, for Apple's trusty "Find My iPhone" feature transformed into a real-time thriller, with my phone as the reluctant star, journeying through the city streets like a digital Odysseus. Yet, every odyssey has its trials, and my poor iPhone X found itself in the jaws of asphalt peril. Crushed, shattered, but not defeated - thanks to the mighty shield of a military-grade phone case. A testament to either my frugality or my fear of phone budgeting, this case saved the day, sparing my phone from total annihilation. Enter Battery Joe, the unsung heroes of Abilene, who greeted my shattered phone with open arms and a discount so generous, it could make a GenXer weep tears of joy. In record time, they replaced the shattered glass, restoring my phone to its former glory. But the saga didn't end there - oh no. A new front-facing camera was needed, and like wizards conjuring magic, Battery Joe summoned it overnight, completing the resurrection of my trusted companion. The bill? Well, let's just say it didn't break the bank - thanks to Battery Joe's secret blend of sorcery and goodwill. Suffice it to say, I've found my tech sanctuary, my fortress of repairs, and I'll be singing Battery Joe's praises to anyone who'll listen. So, if you find yourself in a tech pickle in Abilene, look no further than Battery Joe - where gadgets are reborn, and customers leave feeling as satisfied as a fully buffered download. And yes, I cheated in my review and used AI to help me turn it into something longer than my brain could come up with.
