Nothing came out the machine. As to not frazzle the already frantic old lady that runs the place I simply asked for change from my $20. Mind you this place collects three dollars per person for every entry into the yard. Not only was I told to just have the water that was free, but I was met with eyes rolling and sighs From what seems to be the new GM!(old Latin woman with a piss poor attitude!! ) So much so that I felt the need to just leave and say screw the Powerade and my money already spent in the machine as this was causing her undue stress that I didn't need to invoke on a senior citizen on what is only the second day of the work week. These people make it really hard to shop local and not go over to LKQ where they give you service with a smile and help you with the Powerade's in the machine. Let us not forget that you aren't paying us to take your old used parts, we're paying you to take your old used car parts that we take off the cars and pay an outrageous premium for so stop being so mean and hateful to your customers and maybe appreciate them Instead of making them feel so uncomfortable that they say screw their money and leave. On August 15, 2025, we purchased an engine and transmission swap package advertised on eBay as a…read more2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro SS 6.2L LS3/L99 engine with a 6-speed TR6060 manual transmission, described as a complete drop-out removed from a 2014 Camaro SS with 51,572 miles. The shipment was received in September 2025. Upon inspection, we saw an iron block and found out the engine was identified as a 6.0L, not a 6.2L aluminum LS3/L99 as advertised. The transmission identification numbers showed it was from a 2016 model year, not 2014, with unknown mileage and unknown prior work. The seller acknowledged that the wrong engine was sent and said he would find a better engine worth more to make it up to us but never came up with such, they scheduled pickup on three separate occasions, but did not appear each time. Payment was required outside the selling platform. When we followed platform guidance to ensure a documented return, the seller refused to process the return and stated that we were "on our own." We are now left with an engine that does not match the advertised specifications and cannot be used for our project. Even if we try to sell it we have no documentation of what was done and actual miles and its an older year engine so the value is alot less. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this business.

The parts farm went excessive on the protective wrap and the crate they built was very sturdy and the part was also held down really tight to the pallet. I only had 2 issues with being a customer to the parts farm and both wouldn't deter me from buying here again. 1.) There was a small amount of damage to the paint on the drivers side. Very very small, and it likely was shipping that caused this damage. It isn't that big of a deal to me as I planned on repainting this anyways, but to be completely honest, even if I wasn't going to paint it, you can hardly tell it's there. You have to be checking out the cars curves or if you were washing it you may notice it as well. Could it have been the parts farms fault? Sure. Could it have been fedex? Maybe. Is it that big of a issue? No, just something to point out, but it really isn't that big of a deal. 2.) the other issue I had was I ordered this on Sunday, and it took till Friday for it to ship out. Not sure why it took a full work week for it to ship. I was told that Friday they usually ship parts out within 2 business days. Maybe they're short staffed at the moment or this was a abnormally good week for them and they just fell a little behind, either way, also not that big of a deal. If I was on a time crunch maybe I'd be a little upset, but mine is just a street car. It's fine it took 9 days to get here. Plus, when I did get it, the amount of care they put into the packaging made up for it. At the end of the day I give them 5/5 and would recommend this place. They were extremely responsive, anytime I called they helped me right away there were no hold times, and I even messed up by putting local pick up but they were able to shoot me a invoice for shipping no problem. Staff and owner are all nice as well.
