The guy checked the battery and said it needed charged. I ask if he put a load on and he said all it needed was charged (to lazy). Competitor ran program with load and it was bad. Wasted trip. Today walked in and wanted oil filter and oil. They couldn't even tell me what oil to buy, it wouldn't come up on their computer. Didn't have windshield wipers in stock, had to order it. Went down the road to competitor and they had it all. Last time for autozone.
