I thought about going to another company but stopped by Elm Street just to ask them if they could look at the brakes. The owner himself took over and he spent two hours going over the problem with a couple of his workers... As time ran out he,,, Josh.. asked me to bring the car back after the weekend giving them time to do some research. I took the car back Monday morning... two hours later the car was ready... I heard no squeals or grinding.. actually no sound whatsoever.. When I went to pay the bill... Josh said.. "no".. we should have found this when we did your brakes.. .. I recieve a phone call with an estimate of cost, and they ask permission before moving forward. I I have never felt like I have been "ripped off." I have only received amazing service. The Shop is always busy, so don't expect to drop by for an oil change. There is also nothing fancy here. You leave the car and they will call you when you can pick it up.

It was 5pm and they were closed for the day, but they were very kind and graciously repaired our tire. They were very professional and did and excellent job. I called asked if they could mount balance and aline 4 tires. They said no problem we gotta order…read morethe tires though we will call when they get in. They never called we had to call them and when we did they said "o yeah they got here yesterday". I was then told they needed the car over night to get the tires on. I don't know why it takes so long but any other place I have taken it to does it in a couple of hours. Then when they come to take the car they finally tell me that some of their machines are not working and I will have to take it to another place to get it finished. The price for each tire was 87.50 for each tire out the door (mount, balance and alignmen). they put two tires on and gave me two but still charged me for the mount and alignment for all the tires. If they treat the cars how they treat their shop I would never go their again.
