He called made an appointment for a Thursday. Dropped the vehicle off on Wednesday night. 2 DAYS Later, they didn't even take the vehicle in their garage. I called, being a dad on Thursday, no call back. Called again on Friday, finally a callback. No estimate. Came there after work, they wanted to snowblow me with a lot of nonsense that didn't answer their solution to what the vehicle came in for, #2 misfire. Later on that evening, we took the truck with no service to the truck. Their parking lot is full of no plate, junk cars. They will overcharge, over diagnosis and leave you broke.

The best thing you can do help this is NOT to tell us you will pass the information along hoping we will go away but to take the vehicle back and give credit towards another vehicle that will help this family of 6!!!! We were working with Allen here to see if he could whip it back into shape which he said he could not. We ended up having to order it. Couple things: we were talking about how sucky my situation was with having 4 kids and now only a motorcycle for transportation. He checked around the shop but said he didn't have a rim in my size. he was willing to let me borrow another rim while I waited for mine. I wasn't expecting that. I also needed to wait until pay day to afford the cost of the rim. he ordered it for me anyways so I wouldn't have to wait for more shipping than I needed to. The rim came in, but was the wrong color. instead of shipping it back and making me wait again, he offered to paint match it, and got it done that day. I honestly cant tell the difference. the rim I had is one of those smoky gray colors with small metal flakes in them. rim he painted matched that, flakes included, I'm honestly impressed. the price of the rim was what he quoted me, including the tax. all in all, the situation sucked. I mean, I had a doughnut, but live out by crete and cant rely on that to get everyone where they need to be. I felt like Allen understood that and did everything in his power to make the best of it. he was very responsive when we called and didn't give me a vibe like I was a number or that he was raking in profits from me. when I paid, his wife was at the desk and she had a great customer service personality while we were double checking everything. I would highly recommend their service if you ever need it. you can tell they care about their people as people and not just customers. i'll shut up now.

I had just had a blowout in the right rear the day before while traveling up to Lincoln and so had just replaced my four tires yesterday. Even knowing they had missed The opportunity to make money from my business yesterday they evaluated the noise and repaired it for no charge as it turned out to be a rock. They took 40 minutes of their time and were kind enough to send us on our way without a penny charged. A great example of "Nebraska Nice". Thank you TO Haas I will not forget your consideration.

I had an oil change done at this location, and it was an awful experience. I called to schedule the…read moreappointment, and when I showed up, they told me there had been an error and I wasn't on the schedule. They rescheduled my appointment. The second time, I showed up, and they told me they didn't have a technician available to do the oil change. The third time, they couldn't remove the oil drain plug because it was stripped. I informed them that the last oil change was done at the same location by them. They told me they had to order a new drain plug. The fourth time, they did the oil change and didn't charge me for it. The next day, we noticed a leak under the car, so we had to take it back for the fifth time. After inspecting it, they said they hadn't fully tightened the oil drain plug, which caused the leak. They said it should be fine now. Later that day, we noticed more leakage under the car and thought it was still leaking. I called the branch, and the employee, Scott, first told me it wasn't their fault and that it shouldn't leak because it hadn't been leaking before. That statement made me very upset because the car was leaking, and they had confirmed it that same day. I requested immediate assistance and told them I would bring the car in the next day for another inspection. The next day, when I went there, the store manager asked me to walk over to the shop to see the car. It appeared that they had cleaned the drain plug area and the surrounding area. The store manager, speaking in an aggressive tone, told me there wasn't any leakage. I showed him a picture I had taken that morning in my garage, which clearly showed the leak. He replied, "I DON'T CARE, THERE ISN'T ANY LEAK HERE, I AM SICK OF THIS CAR." The way he spoke to me was accusatory, disrespectful, aggressive, and unprofessional, which is absolutely unacceptable. I would have been fine if he had said, "We inspected it and couldn't find any leak, but keep an eye on it. Hopefully, or I'm sure, you won't see any more leaks." It's very disappointing that they don't train their staff on how to talk to customers.
