I was told on numerous occasions with my brand new vehicle that it was a Hyundai problem and not a Sid Dillon problem (and that's after the sales team told me THREE times that they would just replace my brand new car given that it was not drivable due to factory malfunction after a week). Since they didn't replace it, I've had to return my vehicle (that I bought with 18 miles on) SEVEN times so far. The only positive with all these trips back to Lincoln is that their service manager is amazing and has truly tried to fix all this. But, after my seventh time returning it and the fix not sticking, I reached out to the general manager twice with no contact back. "The Sid Dillon way" died somewhere along the way and they've lost my business for sure.

I not only chose the perfect vehicle but I chose the perfect dealership. My tour guide ( salesman seems too informal for the service I received ) Dylan was absolutely the most accommodating and helpful of anyone I've ever purchased a vehicle from in my life and I've dealt with many in my 74 years . I never felt any pressure or urgency to buy anything. He showed my wife and myself the vehicle and I drove it and then we decided to purchase it and every step of the way Dylan was there to answer even the simplest question and we were totally at ease through the entire process. Dylan is currently searching for a vehicle for another member of my family and I would give the entire team at Sid Dillon Hyundai a 100 star rating on every aspect of them putting my trust in their truly putting my satisfaction before them making a sale.

I hung up the phone and, called Nathan Anderson at Honda of lincoln and told him my situation. He told me that Omaha people tend to play around with customer. Later I got a text from Omaha saying they can't do the price that I want. So they were planning on making me drive up to Omaha and told me they can't do it. I would highly recommend Honda of Lincoln. Nathan is the person to go. He took care of me and got the car I want and the color. I highly appreciate the help!

The staff is flippant about inquiries, and have no real interest in helping customers, even if you are a loyal Honda buyer. After purchasing a new Civic there, we had our trade devalued because they pulled the service records (which were incomplete as we had work done other places) and tried to take thousands off the trade-in value for things they thought weren't maintained. Total joke. Service has also stonewalled us on engine repairs under extended warranty due to our vehicle having a previous salvage title for side damage that was repaired. Basically, they will look for any string they can pull to make you spend more money. It's the definition of a shady used car dealer. If you want to be treated well and valued as a customer, do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
