ZERO STARS. I have never in my life been treated as rudely as I have by the piece of garbage who…read morewaited on me at Marion tire and wrecker this morning. My husband and brother have given them a ton of business and we went and dropped my car off yesterday to simply have the power windows checked. They said they had to order parts, and it couldn't be done until Monday. Okay, no problem. So we went today to pick it up. I noticed that the back panels were tossed onto the back seat on top of some items that clearly shouldn't be crushed, but I overlooked that as it may be just the lack of manners or education. Other than that, I simply had ONE question that I wanted to ask the gentleman and when I went into the store with my husband to talk to the guy, I started to wonder if he was jacked up on something. Yeah. Seriously. I have never been spoken to this nastily and this aggressively by a man at a business establishment in my life! IN MY LIFE. And I have lived all around the world. I started to ask a question and he immediately started over talking me because he THOUGHT he knew what I was going to say. HE DIDN'T. I attempted to ask the question again and he started yelling, to the point where my husband and I were just staring at each other like "what the heck is THIS?" And he started shrieking "you don't know what you're talking about you don't know what you're talking about you won't let me finish!" Well how could he "finish" when he never heard my question? Finish what? An answer to something I didn't ask? Even in the light of this nasty aggressive behavior, I didn't even raise my VOICE to him because usually if someone is already in an angry state of mind or they are jacked up on something, yelling just makes it worse. So in a calm tone of voice, I just kept saying "let me ask my question, can you let me ask my question?" And all of a sudden he shouted, "I've been at this for 30 minutes, I've been having this discussion for 30 minutes!" My husband and I looked at each other, speechless, like, what the heck is he talking about? We just walked in the door. I said "you've been having WHAT discussion for 30 minutes? we just walked in!" He said "with my mechanics, I've been going over this for 30 minutes!" As if it was somehow OUR fault. So I said, "we'll don't take that out on ME, I'm just trying to ask a question." And my husband and I looked at each other again like what the heck is this guy ON. Why is it OUR fault if he's been arguing with his mechanics for 30 minutes? (over what, I'm sure I don't know) And then I tried one more time without even raising my voice, and I said "I was just trying to ask a question, but I'm sorry I bothered you people," and I started to walk out the door and he shrieked at us "take your car and get out of here!" OH... MY... GOD! I am literally sitting here shaking because I have never ever in my life, and I'm 53 years old, been attacked like this at a business establishment. There is something seriously wrong at that place in my humble opinion and we will never darken the door again, and I am going to warn EVERYONE, PARTICULARLY females to stay far away from THAT establishment. Lord forgive me, at the very end I let the man know exactly what I thought of him. He's lucky my husband was not the punching type. Next stop... Better Business Bureau complaint. I don't have to take this kind of aggressive, nasty behavior from ANYONE. PS. I walked out ahead of my husband but he just told me when he got home from work that the nasty guy THREW his key over the counter at him. Wow. All because I wanted to ask a question.

They had to patch the tire on the inside, which means they had to break the tire down. Before closing time I was out the door. PS they checked the air in the rest of my tires. Great Service!!
