I am giving you a low grade because my daughter went there to get her oil change. At first they claimed they could not do it due to her drain plug was strip but when my daughter back out oil was spilling everywhere. Then they had to tell her to turn the car off and the roll the car back in neutral. They did changed her oil but they wanted to plan the prior mechanic that changed her oil. Her prior mechanic said if the oil plug was strip, I would have told when I seen the problem and also the same thing that happened there would have happened then. They stripped the oil plug and trying to blame someone else. I hate the fact that mechanic shops try to take advantage of women when it comes to our vehicles. But we will no longer go back here for services. Also, they just took old plug from another car because we got the car check by another mechanic and told us everything they did trying to cover up their mess. I've been here twice. The first time was to have a tire repaired when I ran Over something and punctured my tire in the treads. They repaired it quickly and got me back on the road. My 2nd time I had a 2-1/2 inch tear on the sidewall of one of my tires and I knew that it needed to be replaced. I put on my donut spare (I hate those things) and drove up to Black's Tire in Dillon. Although they didn't have my size tire in stock, they got it from another location fairly quickly and put it on the car in quick measure. I had an oil change and I was on my way. Wanted to know how much it would cost me to get my transmission filter changed because it was over 30,000 miles the color is brown and it was time for a change . I bought my own fluid however I did not grab the filter yet because I did not plan on having it done this day specifically this day I was calling around asking for prices and blacks told me to come up so they could price it when I brought it up I told them I just wanted it price they told me to sit in the lobby and wait and they'll bring it in and see what needs to be done with it I again told them I just wanted it priced on how much it would be. 30 minutes later they tell me I'm ready to go and tell me it's $78 the problem is they just drained my fluid and put my new fluid in without my permission and then charged me for it they did not change my filter or the seal and tell me because there isn't a leak I don't need a new filter then we called up to see how much it would be for them to put the filter on which is what we went for in the first place they said I would have to come in and get an estimated again which I'm not falling for that trick TWICE! Also when I check my transmission fluid it is now Brown which leads me to believe they do not even put fluid in my car and just took my bottle of Valvoline transmission fluid because it's the same color it was before don't go here unless you want to job not done and have to pay for it read more

I was passing through Dillon today with a bus load of senior adults. We were on our way to the beach. As we stopped for lunch we noticed our two right rear tires were slack. I saw Black's Goodyear store and stopped to get them to check them. As it turned out we had a bad valve stem on the inside tire. The good folks at Black's removed both tires and replaced the faulty stem. When I started to pay them, they said "no charge, just be safe and enjoy your trip". If you are ever in Dillon and need tires, I would certainly recommend Black's Goodyear. read more

We're headed south in our RV and developed a leak in our towed vehicle tire. After contacting Allen Stephens, service manager at Black's, he made arrangements to get us in right away. Our leak was found and repaired in less than an hour and we were on our way again, quite happy and impressed with the friendly staff, clean customer waiting area and prompt service at Blacks. Manager told us he couldn't get to us for an hour. We been setting here now since 10:16 am and just now leaving. Bad thing is we pulled to back of the building used or own jack and took off our tire so all we waited on Blacks tire service to do is put the new tire on rim and balance it and it took that long.
