I asked him that if with the suspension work if my moms car would be perfectly straight, to which he responded that it would. With tires, suspension work and alignment $720. Very reasonable for my budget. I go to pick it up and test drive the car and it veers immediately to the right. I bring it back and the alignment tech tells me that it needs other things and an extra $120. I told him that the owner had quoted me the $720 for everything and that is all I would pay. You could tell the tech was aggrevated but said he would check it and see what he could do. Finally he came back and told me to go outside to check what was wrong with the car, then I saw the owner and told him what was going on. He immediately looked to the Tech and told him," Whatever the car needs to be aligned perfectly go ahead and do it. I quoted this man on $720 and that is all he is going to pay." The tech was so hesitant offering rebuttals saying that is was going to need more work than expected. The owner told him bluntly, " I do not care what it takes or how much it costs, we are going to do it right and that is all he is going to pay." Today, my wife's Mini Cooper had a flat tire. We called GEICO to install the spare and came over on a Sunday, hoping they were open. Sure enough, we were greeted the way locals greet each other, with a smile and a welcoming service. I speak Spanish and so do the employees, but I heard English spoken by most as well. They told me where to park the car and the instructions were clear. After they uninstalled the spare and took the flat one, I was taken to see where the hole was and where the root of the problem stemmed from. It was a giant screw that got through the tire. It was fixed in under 10 minutes and one of the other employees and I waited while having a conversation about the weather. Overall, satisfied with the friendly service.

I took my Ford Focus S to get a Carbon Ceramic tint with the minimum legal VLT of 25% for the…read moredriver/passenger front windows and a 5% VLT on the rear doors and back window with a lifetime warranty. The job took a few hours, and I was told to wait 2 weeks before rolling down the windows or touching the tint. I am super pleased with the work. First, it's really dark, and the privacy is greatly improved (see attached pics). Second, the tint I got also have UV and Infrared blocking flilm, so my car is SO much cooler in the summer now. I'm saving fuel efficiency by not running the AC so hard now. The guy who did the tint did an awesome job and was very patient and knowledgeable when answering all my questions. No complaints whatsoever. Note: I had the tint done around the end of 2022. I think something happened to the guy who did my tint because MGA is at the time I write this looking for an employee to do tints. (I'm waiting to do my F-150 with Mad Guys.) All in all, I'm very satisfied. The pricing is good. I paid $275 (including tax) for the work on my focus. I was quoted $285 for the same job on my truck. That's a good deal for the results.
