I let them know, I was not able to pick them up it up right away, as I was scheduled to work during the week. Management were easy to deal with, and very professional. I felt safe leaving my car in there hands, and leaving it om thier lot over night. I recieved a phone call the next day, they were already finished! I habe an older vehicle, its not always easy to find parts needed. They were able to help, without a problem. I Have asked about Lube Masters through others within the community, only to hear able what a great job they do for others. They have made an impression on the community. I hate to say it, but I had a pretty bad experience trying to get my car fixed here. I don't know a…read morewhole lot about cars and was going to give the place a break, but the problems keep coming and no one has tried to make it better. I called and described the problem- the AC was no longer blowing cold air. They told me to bring it in and when I did, they spent about 5+ hours looking at it only to tell me that they couldn't pinpoint the problem and I would have to take it somewhere else to get the electrical stuff looked at. The diagnostic at pep boys was $150. After taking it to the recommended shop, I took it back to pep boys because the other shop told me it was the compressor. The representative at pep boys told me they would get the part in within a day or two, but it was more than a week before they had it. Twice I went into the repair section of the shop and there was either no one in the front to help me, or everyone was taking phone calls and not addressing the line. Both times I waited about 10 minutes before anyone offered to help me. It seemed like they were understaffed; I wish now that I had asked to speak with a manager. The most irritating thing was that they wouldn't work with my schedule- the polite representative that had been working with me this whole time wanted me to bring my car in on a day when he and one specific mechanic were both working. Not only did it have to be after 12 PM- neither of my days off (Tuesday or Friday) worked for both of them. Overall I missed about 6 days of work and I have been driving around in the summer heat with no AC for 4+ weeks. We've put about $900 into fixing this issue, and this is my family's only car so I've paid plenty of taxi cab charges as well. Pep boys replaced the compressor and a fan, and my AC still doesn't work, so I have to take it to another shop for electrical work. With all of the delays and beating around the bush, it's been an infuriating process and pep boys has failed to meet my expectations.

Update...I still had an oil leak. I check by valve cover bolts, they were not torqued properly...I…read morefixed that. One of my coils was not properly reinstalled...I fixed that. I found bolts laying in my engine and installed them where they belong....don't take your vehicle to Ace Auto, you will regret it.

This place is GREAT! They are so friendly and the customer experience is AWESOME. Gary - The owner, is so helpful, he comes out and really just tries to help you find the problem. They always get it fixed and they do it quickly. I recommend this place 110%! One of the main reasons we come here is because they do everything. From breaks, to oil, to engines, batteries, everything. They even do custom fabrication and bed liners. We've had our trucks Bed lined here. The quality is excellent and no one else in this area offers anything close. If I were you, I'd come here.
