My husband ran over to Advance (across the street) to see if we could borrow a tool quick and find out what was going wrong. (Unfortunately they didn't have what we needed.) We then stopped over here at O'Reilly's and fortunately, they had what we needed. Sure enough, we had a pretty substantial leak in our transfer case. My husband was able to take a look in their parking lot, use their tool(s) to do so, and refill our fluids before we left town and headed on our way. We are SUPER thankful for this place today!

I had a samsung s20, I had bought this brand new 2 and a 1/2 years ago. It had developed a small crack in the front screen and one in the back. With the s20 being such a great phone, I thought it'd be best to replace the screens. while this is all being done put in a new battery to last me another few years. I first took the phone in and ADI didn't verify the parts they received before opening my phone, which lead to me having to bring the phone back in again. After I received the phone from being fixed i went to call someone in the parking lot, and it said I had no service. Thought a reputable company would test to make sure its able to make calls and take a charge.Didn't think much of it, so i drove home and connected to wifi. I then went to plug my phone in to charge and Instantly the phone makes a warning sound and says not able to charge -cable too hot. I called ADI the next morning, and I went in. They said sometimes the Sim card just needs replaced, and the battery could just be my charger. Went a bought a new charger and still error message. I then did some research and found out the error message pops up when pins get broken inside the phone. I next went to the Verizon store and got a new Sim card. This did not fix the no service issue. Called ADI and they said we don't do micro sodering, and wouldn't be able to fix my phone, but they could order a similar phone in, which would take over 2 weeks to get in. Also when they replaced the back, the camera lense became cloudy, unable to take a clear photo but they offered to fix this mistake they made, but since the phone wasn't working a cloudy lense was the least of my worries. ADI said they could take the parts back off and give my money back. But that would still leave me still with a basically useless phone. I went to Verizon and ordered a new phone. With me using my phone for work, and also having a toddler and infant, traveling In the winter with no phone did not seem very safe. After talking with people about what happened I learned that others have had bad experiences and would not of recommended it. If I knew I would go in with a good phone, leave with a non working phone, that costed me $275, I wouldn't of wasted my time, gas or the rude treatment.

It it only cost $45.00 and to think I was ready to spend hundreds in a new phone!! They also reprogram, fix bugs, you name it. A geeky place, but they know their stuff!!

I would like to tell you what a wonderful staff you had on that evening. I needed some rubber finger tips and decided to go into your store. We had just left the Chili's restaurant and the girl told us there was a Tornado warning. When we got inside Susan the cashier advised us that a tornado was heading our way and was only 15 miles away. She invited us to stay in the store until it passed. My husband and I have never experienced a Tornado ever in our life and this was a very scary ordeal for us. We were staying at Motel 6 and it was a few miles away so we decided to stay. Your staff, Susan, Ericka, Jarrod, John and I think his name is Bao all made us feel very welcome. We sat in the back lunch room and listened to the radio and monitored the tornado on the internet. They kept our minds busy and an hour passed and the tornado had gone over us. My husband and I would like to thank your staff for their kindness and hospitality that day. We are so grateful. They attempted to deliver a crushed box with a large hole in the carton; I refused delivery. Contacted Office Depot who PROMISED me delivery on December 18, 2015 -- NO delivery. ONCE AGAIN, I contacted Office Depot and spoke to a supervisor, who re-issued my order since a female agent chose to cancel my order and asked me to reorder. This was upsetting because this was part of a larger order whereby I did not have to pay delivery charges. If I reordered this bookcase I would be forced to pay an extremely expensive delivery charge. The supervisor PROMISED me delivery today, December 21, 2015, WITHOUT FAIL -- again, NO delivery. Called store to inquire about delivery; woman answered very abruptly saying, "we're terribly busy in the store right now", which was such a welcome greeting [sarcasm]. If you desire to be treated as an inconvenience, this is the place to go. I most definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this store to anyone!

After numerous phone calls to them, they finally said they opened it up and said the batteries are swollen. They told me it wasn't worth fixing and there would be no charge. I asked them to put it back together and I would be in today to pick it up. They will not return my computer to me without me signing their legal document releasing them of any and all wrongdoing, both past and future!!! And while I was there, they tried to scam another customer by overcharging them 18.5% more than the agreed upon price on a new computer! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Drove all the way over there and they were out, or the only guy who knew anything was out and looking at a printer, like that's awesome to know how you treat your veterans. Trash people. Didn't even offer anything else. Nothing. I got a "sorry" that was it. Do not waste your time here.
