The elderly man working there seems to get a power trip by holding his knowledge of cars above everyone. He did not even listen to me fully about my car before telling my I have no business working on my car. It seems rather self-defeating for an autoparts store to suggest I not give them business. Anyways, after telling the guy he was rude for insulting me, I drove across the street to Autozone and they helped me with a smile. oh and guess what!? It turns out I knew exactly what was wrong with my car (considering I had the fault codes which the other guy ignored when I told him I knew the codes, what was wrong, and how to fix it). In my opinion, I doubt I was the first person to get mad at that guy and leave the store. O'Reilly missed out on a $100+ sale from just me; I can only imagine how much money O'Reilly has lost because of this guy.
