I show up almost an hour later. I don't even know if my tires have been rotated and now they're telling me that the supposed to be put aren't even there even know when they're gonna show them. The old guy in the office tells me I wasn't here yesterday and walks away. The only reason they have two stars when I bought truck tires it actually went fairly smooth this time. I'm not even sure they know what day it is.

Due to the weather conditions he asked me to call some tire centers in the Sidney area. I called on Nebraska Tire and explained the situation to Russ. I have to say that customer service was top notch!!! When my husband got there they got him right in and before he knew it he was back on the round in less than a hour! Russ really took care of him and even threw in better windshield wipers than he had on his vehicle due to the weather that he was getting into. I've never met Russ but he treated me with respect and took care of my hubby. Thank you for going over and beyond today! We appreciate you!!!

For only having 7k (I use synthetic oil) since my last oil change, I could not believe how filthy these were. It was an unsafe situation and he knew it! His main focus was our safety! He was about 1.5 hours away and had been up for several hours, but willing to come help! I called Eddyville Tire, Inc. They came out, took off the bad tire, mounted a spare tire that I had on that rim and put the tire back on and charged me $159. The quote was around $700 he said but even knowing we were sitting at a mile marker and how many miles to get to my house he couldn't give me an exact rate. I feel like that is deceptive practices because they could have added whatever when the tow was done and I would have had to pay.
