Town and Country was my third call as the other places were booked, but Cody was very helpful on the phone and siad it could be a number of things, but most likely a battery. He also said he'd get me right in as I said I had the family with me and we were looking forward to skiing. Cody had one of his mechanics look at it within 10 minutes of us showing up. They tested the batter, alternator, cables, etc. He said one of the cables was lose and everything else checked out. He had his mechanics take not one, but two short test drives to ensure it wasn't anything more, then said nothing needed to be done. I asked how much do I owe you? Cody said nothing, we didn't do anythin. I said, yes you did... you're guy has been working on it and test driving it for 30 minutes, I owe you. He refused payment. I couldn't believe it! I was blown away, not only did he save my skiing trip, but didn't want any money for helping. These guys are awesome! We had packed up to head home on our last day and realized the top would not lower-major problem. After watching YouTube, contacting family/friends and trying to fix the problem ourselves we realized we were woefully unprepared to get this figured out on our own. A quick search online led us to Camper Ken's Yelp page. He answered quickly, asked what was going on and said he was on his way. Ken was there within about an hour and had us fixed up and ready to head home within about 30-minutes. He was incredibly nice and spoke to us as if we were old friends. I…read moredidn't have a issue with how the car was driving but the panel being loose was annoying and could potentially be a danger to other drivers, so I called Steve's towing to see if someone could just come out and screw the panel back on. The person on the phone was quite rude and did not offer any solutions. Instead she just said "we're closed, go to a bigger city". You'd think they would want your business and for a Saturday morning you'd also think they would be open and happy to help but guess not. I had to wait til I got to Des Moines to be helped by a kind mechanic who was able to get me in first thing in the morning. Anyways if you have car troubles and happen to be in Julesburg don't even bother trying them.

A really sweet dude checked my transmission fluid and reassured me that it was just because I was driving it for hours on a hot sunny day. That shop sent me to Southwest Auto Tech. We got there just before business hours but they were there and had me pull right into the shop. An hour and a half or so later, I was back on my way with a new alternator. Great fast service. Thanks guys!!!!! During our wait I asked about a restroom and they showed me to one in the back of the shop. I explained that I didn't need it, it was for my partner. He said he had a different one for her.
