I've had massage therapy many times over the last 20 years and my experience at O So Good Essentials was one of the best. Charley was not only very personable, he was also very professional. I always go through bouts of lower back pain so I booked a session with Charley. By the time the massage was over, not only was my pain drastically reduced, but Charley shared some very simple and easy-to-do stretches that have already improved my pain. Awesome! read more
