Not a good place for tourists. It's a dark depressing little dungeon of a place. We went in for soup and wanted to eat it on the bench in front of the store. It's really depressing inside. They didn't have any plastic spoons. They would not let us sit on the bench and use their silverware. She said in a go f--- yourself voice, "we are not responsible to provide you with anything. It's takeaway". She literally flipped out about their silverware grabbing it out of my hands. I work in customer service. If you don't have a plastic spoon for someone who just bought soup then you let them use the silverware for 5 minutes. It wasn't my master plan to come to Ireland, buy their chowder in hopes that I could abscond with their spoons. :) read more
