i agree with the other review written on here.me and my partner went into the Grimsby store on Saturday 8th august 2015 about 5pm to ask about my top up(im with pay as you go) I,d put on only lasted two days.i didn't realise you only get the £10 bundle of 1000 txts if you top up on your top up date per mth I ran out txts sooner than I thought so topped up 5 days early with another £10 which only lasted two days and ran out,they said I,d used 72 or 75 txts even if I had surely with topping up again I would be entitled to 1000 txts.its a con to get you to spend £15 on the bundle of 2000 txts.the young dark haired girl who sounded like she had a Yorkshire accient was very rude to my partner and i,.she seemed all ready for an argument and kept interrupting when my partner and i were trying to explain that when I got the bundle on no-one explained that I wouldn't get another 1000 txts when I topped up early.she never apologized once to us.i work in hospitality and am trained regular how to talk and deal with customers.id never dream of speaking to customers as rudely as she did.her face was so serious ready for a confrontation.we told her I will not be staying with o2 when my phone runs out and I can change provider.it makes me wonder how some people get these jobs! unhappy customer read more
