Towards the end of the day this is just an annoyance and i found myself wanting to leave just to get away from the pushy salesman, certainly did not incline me to buy. Sometimes they can even talk you through the problem on the phone so it doesnt cost you any money (just the phone call) other times if its a little worse and i need to take my tower in they can normally have it sorted in less than 24 hrs, I have even waited while they fixed the problem! Its not just repairs they deal with, its sales and upgrades too. The staff there really seem to know what they are doing and give you advice and safety tips all the time, I have come away before with loads of anti virus software added free of charge. I recommend all my friends to go there and they all rave about them as well. They also deal with some photography like canvas printing and adding pictures to disks for you. The prices are real value for money if you need your computer or wpork frm home, I would definately recommend this place!

I have been a customer of Terry Darts for many many years I know them all very well and am always…read moretreated well as a customer and a friend. I buy all my electrical appliances from them. I shall continue to do so in the future also. The only draw back is they no longer do the 6 months interest free option. I understand that a lot of people didn't pay up and ripped them off so can understand, but loyal customers like myself who's on disablement benefits can't always come up with cash so it's tempting to go somewhere else but you don't get the service you get with Darts if I've a problem someone is here A.S.A.P to fix it. I ask you where else would you get that service? No My family buy from them but I always buy from them and I'm stuck indoors I don't get out much and they go out of their way to help if I've a problem. Terry Darts are defo the best in the bay by far. Steve Dart has been excellent with me so I'd like to thank him on this review and Ashley has been great too. Terry Darts gets my vote and praise every time!
