They do sometimes have some 'stocking filler' type products though that I havent seen elsewhere. There is a big till area near the entrance which has always seemed too big for the one cashier I have always seen here when I visit midweek but I guess its useful when the store gets busy and there are more staff working. These guys area finally something different for the discouraged and disgruntled tenant. Their fees are reasonable and clear up front with no nasty surprises sprung on you when you pick up the keys. Their referencing system is all online and easy to complete and they had all the paperwork including inventory ready for us on the day of signing with no waiting about. Since moving in we have had a few maintenance issues that have been dealt with swiftly by competent and polite workmen. We had the misfortune to have a flood from an upstairs flat shortly after moving in and the agent (Max) could not have been more helpful, there was a plumber and an electrician there to do initial safety checks within half an hour of us calling and Max himself arrived to check things personally very shortly after. We have since been a little disgruntled with our landlord for taking their time getting the damage fixed but the agent has done everything they can to remedy our dissatisfaction including negotiating with our landlord for a rent reduction. So many agencies only care about what the Landlord wants and treat the tenants like scum, these guys are different, finally an agency that realises that the tenant is as much a customer as the landlord and treats us accordingly.
