We were not called when these things happened during the day but he needed wipes and they called like telemarketers! The last straw was when I picked my child up and he was crying, when I took a good look at him, he had a black eye forming and his face was swelling! When I asked what happened, not 1 of the 3 teachers in the classroom could tell me what happened. When my child started to show some mischief and emotional control issues, they went out of their way to communicate with us and come with ideas we could all use to improve my child's wellbeing at school and home. Although he had not been a problem for any teacher up to that point and despite him attending the daycare for almost 2 years, he was immediately treated differently and pushed out. For a Christian daycare which was very expensive to attend, I was shocked and disappointed to see my little child treated so differently because of something written on a sheet of paper.

There was no one upfront we called a few times. Rang doorbells knocked on the doors look through the glass until 9:47am and no one was to be found. After not answering our calls (which is normal for them) we had to go up there just for them to lie saying we owe them and refuse to give us our money back. We loved them at first but after the last director got fired they've gone downhill. They've always had a problem with charging extra money too. Also they do have favorites so be careful with that. Communication is the worst too, my baby got hfmd here and I told them about it and they decided they didn't care and wouldn't notify any of the other parents. That was after calling the place a million times. They didn't tell any of the other parents until all of the babies had it.
