They usually remember their regular customers by their name & you'll see that easily. You can either walk in here or make a reservation for an extra 5$ if you don't wanna wait. There are some magazines, books, newspapers available to read if you're waiting. There are some books and toys available for kids to keep them engaged. There are complimentary coffee (black) and water available if you're interested. Vibes are always welcoming and good discussing about random Royals games to having a friendly banter about something.
