A gal comes over and asked me my name. I told her and my name disappeared from the queue. "It will be an hour wait, she told me. I showed her the text. "We don't have anything to do with that, she said. So, I took a seat a waited almost an hour. It was hot and I forgot something in the car. Next thing I know, she cancelled my appointment entirely!!! I went back in and my name was deleted from the queue so would have to start all over again... after wasting almost 2 hrs!
