I few weeks after my appointment (which was excellent) I received a bill for a lot more than I was told on the initial phone call. I was not happy. I called and talked to the person who first gave me the costs. She apologized for her miscommunication. I asked if she'd talk to her supervisor to see if I could get a cost adjustment. She promised to do so. It's been several weeks. I have not heard back from anyone. But I have received multiple statements via text and mail. They obviously do not care. I liked my therapist. I felt he was qualified and highly professional. But I'm very disappointed with billing, lack of transparency and no follow-through. I will not go back.

My mother fought for 2 weeks in hospice and finally passed away and we couldn't have gotten through this very hard time as a family without this wonderful place and its staff. They took care of my mother so well and really made her last 2 weeks and ours with her so great. The Dr's, Chaplins, kitchen staff, and volunteers were great. The real heroes were the nursing staff and I honestly owe all the wonderful ladies that cared for my mom everything. Emily, Jodi, Sami, Dorothy, Autumn, Jodie, Kaylee, Melissa, Sarah, Michele, Elisa, and Ashley you all have a special place in my heart forever and I consider you all true angels. I can never thank you enough and bless all of you. I have had some imperfect experiences with therapists before, but nothing like this. In the first months she was mostly ok, though somewhat unprofessional. She would text on her phone during sessions and she wasn't always paying attention. She also criticized the receptionist, which left me feeling like I had to protect that person. But, I realize that social workers are human too, so I was trying to overlook those issues. But in the last session she was so odd and cruel that I have had nightmares a year later. I had to go to a food bank to feed my family, and when I told her that, she balled her hands up into fists and gasped and just launched into chastizing me. She squeezed her eyes into slits and jutted her chin out while pursing her lips together. It looked kind of like a toddler who was very upset and having a tantrum. And she was exhaling in hissing sounds. I was just sitting there in total shock. She acted like I had committed a horrible crime. In the same session, I had just told her that the transmission on our car had failed. I am disabled and low-income, and I had spent months telling her how hard I was trying to be frugal and thrifty. And I struggle with severe social anxiety, so obviously I would never willingly walk into a food bank if I didn't truly need help. There is something really wrong with her. I think she must really need some help. But, whatever her problems were... she took them out on a client that day. She made my social anxiety worse. She also has clear and obvious issues with anyone who is overweight, disabled, etc. Stay safe and avoid this social worker. I have not worked with any of the other people at this location so I have no information about them.
