Not so Friendly, recently went to Smoker Friendly in Greenfield. I have been to this store many…read moretimes. I tried to purchase some cigars {Trader Jacks), There were none on display so I asked the cashier did they have any open bags to buy singles ones. He go on to tell me, they only sell them by the bags. I told him I have bought here out of the bags before. He went on to tell me they never sell them out of the bags. When I inform I bought some a couple months ago, He wanted to argue and thread to kick me out of the store.The young man only have been working there a year. The older gentlemen was helpful but the young man had a Bad Attitude.He shouldn't be working in public service.

We both had the brisket sandwich, and I can't say enough about this brisket. Perfectly smoked, moist on the inside, and the PERFECT amount of crisp char on the outside to give it a little crunch. It's topped in battered onions. My hubby had a side of the Mac and cheese with his, and I was jealous that I didn't get any. It looked perfectly gooey and incredibly cheesy! A sign out front announced the hot dog special. Two dogs with mustard, slaw, chili, and onions. Also included chips and drink. Our order arrived fairly quickly. The dogs were really good. We ate on the front porch on a nice fall day. The place is a small store that serves good food. Glad we stopped.

Negative Stars! I was recently at this location and purchased over $700 in Bourbon. The price for…read moreone item was clearly marked, but when I paid and received the receipt, I immediately saw that I had been overcharged by $100. I asked the clerk to correct the price and he said that it was mispriced and he could not. I asked to have the entire order canceled (while still at the counter without leaving the store) and was told again that he could not do that either. He spoke to the manager via phone and I was assured the next day that the $100 would be refunded to my credit card. The clerk even provided me with a copy of the receipt with the credit amount hand written and his signature. After a few days, I called back and the manager said the clerks are unable to provide a refund after they ring it in (even if the pricing is wrong), because he indicated they have an employee theft problem. He said that he would have to talk to "corporate"and call me back. Of course he never did. I called again today and he said "not gonna be able to do anything for you". He previously admitted the bottle was incorrectly priced and that because of theft problems they don't allow the night clerks to provide refunds. He would not provide his name, would not provide a # for corporate and hung up on me even though he admitted the mistake, they could not cancel the original transaction (while still at the store at time of purchase) and today hung up on me, will no longer answer the phone and basically said "you gotta do what you gotta do". As soon as I told him the call was being recorded he hung up. Overpriced items, terrible customer service, shady practices at best and apparently don't trust their own employees. Worst liquor store I have ever been to. Avoid this one and go somewhere else.
