I live in the high desert and the high wins started to take a toll on my roof. The shingles were not meant for this type of wind and it started to show. It had so much wind damage that it started to get small leaks when we started to get rain. I started to contact different roofing companies in the HD but I wouldn't get any call back or they wouldn't even show up. Then I called Oak Hills Roofing. At that point I didn't think any roofing company up in the HD would help me out and I would have to look for help down the hill. But Val and his team came through. Affordable pricing, great quality and with excellent customer service. They helped with covering my roof so I would get anymore leaks until they came to install my new roof. His team of installers (lead by Ricardo) were excellence. They communicate well with me on the process and they made sure my home was clean after installation. Nobody answers the phone. Finally someone calls back 3 days later. I ask for someone to come out and give me a quote to reset my tile roof. A bunch of excuses as to why it might be a week or two before they can show up. They schedule an appointment, even call to confirm. Nobody shows up. Next day they show up, he says I'll have a quote real quick. Never get a quote. Lady in the office calls a week later and asks if there's any questions on the quote. She says check your spam folder. I don't know if they do good work or not. They just screwed up so much up front, I went somewhere else. read more

I have dealt with Oak Hills Roofing a few times, they have always been kind and courteous. If I called and left a message I always got a call back, they always came when they said they would be here. I just had to call them because I discovered a water mark on my ceiling, I called them on Monday Dec 4th and Val was at my house the next day. He went on my roof and found a tile that had slipped, he moved it back into place, problem solved. I believe God puts people in your life for a reason, Oak Hills Roofing has always been there when I needed them. I will not call any other roofing company. I got a referral for Oak Hills Roofing. Even the initial estimate was about $3000 cheaper than the other estimate that I got. I was very surprised by the difference in price. The roof is steep and not at all easy to work on. They had to remove solar panels and dump them. They had to remove a chimney stack and replace it with wood and roof over it. They did all of these as part of the roofing ! Francisco Lopez who was the onsite manager brought his experienced, efficient and hard-working crew. They had plastic sheets all around as they stripped off the old roof and quickly put on a new one. I was amazed at their efficiency and the end result. Francisco is very responsive and responsible and it was a pleasure to work with him and his crew. They have done far bigger jobs than my roof. I thank Michelle for overseeing all the communication and coordination. I really appreciated her responsiveness and for giving me a great rate. We hired oak hill roofing in May 2016, to replace the entire roof on a 1300 square-foot house in the high desert. There was a lot of rot on the plywood, some plywood needed to be replaced, as well of some of the facia trim boards. The price was competitive, the work was outstanding... I had a small leak after a storm and called to see if they could come out. They were able to get out the next day. I was going to go through my home warranty for the repair, but Terry was able to get it fixed at a third of the price of my deductible. We contacted Oak Hills Roofing to get an estimate on a new roof. We have a 1600 sf manufactured home. Terry came out and gave us an estimate and we scheduled the work. We were VERY impressed with the crew who came out to roof the house. They were ahead of schedule, professional and much to my surprise, made every effort to get every single nail that may have dropped on the ground! I would recommend them without hesitation.
