My uncle, who is a real estate agent in Chicago, called a few offices in the area for us, to interview brokers. He said Suzanne would take good care of us, and he was right. She took a lot of time with us to understand exactly what it was we were looking for in a house. She was able to help us translate our feelings about specific houses and elements of the houses into what our priorities for a property were. Her suggested listings were always relevant, and helped to focus us on what we wanted. Once we found the house of our dreams, Suzanne really started to earn her commision! She did a lot of investigation into the property and the town records, and found some things that we were able to get corrected before closing (open permits, ect). Without her diligent work we could have had some real problems on our hands. In addition to all the work finding and helping us close on the house, we also closed right as the stay at home orders for COVID-19 were starting to take effect. Suzanne was incredibly helpful, picking up the keys for us (we had to do a closing in escrow as no one could get together in the lawyers offices), and delivering them to us when we moved in. Suzanne cares deeply about her clients and their happiness and is willing to go to great lengths to make sure they are satisfied. I hope we live in this house forever, but if we ever do want to sell it, I would not list it with anyone but her.

Then when he saw no response from us he took it off market, and then puts it on the market again at a much higher price - $60,000 higher. I moved down to Maryland from Massachusetts in January 2018, and when the first house I moved into became a hazardous situation, I needed to find a new place to live asap. Andrew was beyond accommodating of me and my 85 pound dog, as he let us move in as soon as physically possible. Throughout my stay, Andrew was very professional about everything including rent being paid in a timely fashion, to keeping up with typical household duties. He always ensured a cleanly and safe living environment, while simultaneously being extremely personable and an all-around good person. Living in his house with roommates whom at the time were strangers to me, allowed me a home in a new city where my dog and I could feel comfortable and at ease; gave me lifelong friendships; and helped me become more responsible as an adult.
