He and Sen were, at a bare minimum, irresponsible and engaged in questionable behavior throughout the rental process--(listed the home, showed the home, removed the home, raised the rent, did not respond to email inquiries, etc.). it is evident that they place zero value on renters, their time or their experience. ***Not Recommended***

My uncle, who is a real estate agent in Chicago, called a few offices in the area for us, to interview brokers. He said Suzanne would take good care of us, and he was right. She took a lot of time with us to understand exactly what it was we were looking for in a house. She was able to help us translate our feelings about specific houses and elements of the houses into what our priorities for a property were. Her suggested listings were always relevant, and helped to focus us on what we wanted. Once we found the house of our dreams, Suzanne really started to earn her commision! She did a lot of investigation into the property and the town records, and found some things that we were able to get corrected before closing (open permits, ect). Without her diligent work we could have had some real problems on our hands. In addition to all the work finding and helping us close on the house, we also closed right as the stay at home orders for COVID-19 were starting to take effect. Suzanne was incredibly helpful, picking up the keys for us (we had to do a closing in escrow as no one could get together in the lawyers offices), and delivering them to us when we moved in. Suzanne cares deeply about her clients and their happiness and is willing to go to great lengths to make sure they are satisfied. I hope we live in this house forever, but if we ever do want to sell it, I would not list it with anyone but her.

He is, without a doubt, the most patient, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented realtor I've ever worked with (and just a lovely person to boot). Roman took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and worked tirelessly to ensure that every option aligned with our needs. He made us feel comfortable and confident at every step - always listening, answering questions with care, and offering practical advice when viewing apartments. When we finally found *our* apartment, he was with us every step of the way, helping us assemble an outstanding team of professionals who made the process seamless. He expertly managed the complex coop application, ensuring that we felt completely organized and prepared at each stage. Having him in our corner when we encountered roadblocks or issues, made the overwhelming moments feel far more manageable. We are incredibly grateful for his guidance in helping us find our forever home and for the team he built around us. I wholeheartedly recommend Roman to anyone searching for an apartment or home (and have already done so multiple times). Do yourself a favor--work with Roman!

The rents are pretty high considering the low low levels of service, repair, and discretion in what tenants they went to. the laundry rooms only get cleaned every couple months, and a load of wash cost $4 minimum for a machine that smaller than some home residential machines. The common areas like hallways rarely reflect the dilapidation inside the actual apartments. Oak Mountain is constantly complaining about anything like a decoration people might leave in the hallway but yet they won't repair a crumbling ceiling in the same hallway for over a year. At the present moment they won't even allow you to choose between FiOS and Cablevision, making you stick with optimum and their crappy slow internet. Well you can end up being happy here the happiness fades as things gerr real. Enclosing: I wouldn't have a problem with paying the rent they charge if the services met that level, either that or lower the rents to reflect the level of service provided. they charge a monthly fee per cat and don't allow dogs of any kind. They also charge $20 a month for an air conditioner which they expect you to pay year-round, even the month where the median temperature doesn't go above 40 degrees.
