They guaranteed the job so I assumed they would be back. They delayed to the point where they said it was too late in the season but would be back in the Spring. They didn't leave me with a good impression because on the initial visit they showed up with broken equipment (which I fixed for them) & their topsoil was filled with chunks of blacktop & stones, but I hoped they would follow through with their promises. After several phone calls this Spring someone came out, acknowledged the problem & said they'd get our yard on the schedule. It's been over a month, it's not done yet & not even on their schedule. They aren't standing behind their work & their customer service is severely lacking!

At that point they became unreliable and I have let them go. Sad really. At the end I did have a landscaping project done by them. Two, I believe, teen-aged boys, were left alone with a stone saw they clearly did not know how to use for an entire afternoon. In addition the person running the project was surly, brought his family onto my property after hours to see what he was doing without asking which was rude and I believe illegal. To top it all off when I saw an issue with potential to seriously damage my house, even after providing pictures of my concern, was told to call them if I needed another retaining wall. They therefore refused to even come and look at the issue. BTW. The individual I am referring to lives within a couple miles of me, so it would hardly have been an inconvenience to stop by.
