RV Tree service trimmed some trees for us, but left some large branches. We have tried to contact them several times and our calls are put right into voicemail. They informed us when they were complete that they would be back to pick up the remaining wood, but that was over two weeks ago. Now, we have a pile of wood that we need to remove ourselves after paying a large price for their services. They did a good job with the actual trimming; however, if we need tree work done in the future, we will not be using RV Tree. read more

I have tried to reach this guy for over a week. always on another call and will call back in 5 minutes. voicemail is full so I cant leave a message. he marked the trees at my house when I wasn't home and I was only seeking a quote to see if i wanted to pursue having trees removed. Now I have large orange x on FRONT of trees. my wife wants me to callthe police and press charges for vandalism. cant believe he would mark these trees without actually 'winning' the business. Shawn come out almost immediately to give us a price quote after one phone call. We retained his services for our tree removal due his knowledge of what we needed done, along with RV Trees pricing was good. Shawn and his team were very professional and took good care in removing these trees without any damage to our yard or house. They had the best equipment (crane, bucket truck, chipper, front end loader etc.) to get the job done safely, along with the right equipment to remove these large trees. I had Shawn come out to give us an estimate to remove branches over the house. We saw the damage done to homes near us after last years storm. Talk about an honest individual, after I showed Shawn our concerns, he indicated that none of the branches posed a danger to our house. Further, he indicated he would leave them all be for now. How often do you get someone whose estimate is contrary to their short term financial interest? My experience is not often enough!
