If you've chosen not to receive a rather new sh0t, I would absolutely not recommend this clinic. I am not one for negative reviews and it appears mine will be one of few, as I've read a lot of the positive reviews, but I feel it's very important as it was the positive review that lead me to this doctor's office. I was new to the area and there were so many good reviews and I could actually get a timely appointment, so I decided this office was my new primary. The first visit was fine and I liked them enough. I was just there for a physical. Fast forward 8 months and I've found myself with some symptoms of a cold. I don't feel bad, but I though it was best to be seen before going back into my office or anything got worse. They were able to get me in and the sweet front desk gal was SO very nice to me. She was the highlight of my appointment. After that, the nurse came in and treated me as though I'd completely inconvenienced her for getting sick. As if I didn't feel bad enough for not being able to come into my office for work and crowding an already busy healthcare system (despite the fact that I didn't see another soul there, I know in general our healthcare workers are very tired) and then finally, being sick... she even took it as far as rolling her eyes at me for clarifying my symptoms when she misspoke. I am not a rude person and am very mild mannered to strangers, so I chalked it up to she was just having a bad day. Enter Jessie Krueger with my results that I was sick. Again, I am now feeling very puny, not due to my sickness, but with how I've been treated to this point, she rips into me, grilling me as to why I've made the choice not to be v@ccinated. Reminder: this woman has a very very brief view of my health and immediately coined my political views based on my v@ccination status. She did realize she came at me a little too much after I was clearly stumbling for words and she apologized. She then readdressed her question in a more appropriate and professional manner and clarified that she wanted to genuinely know why I chose not to received a very new sh0t. I could then feel comfortable sharing with her my medical reasons why I made the right choice for me and she walked me out. I had to ask her what OTC medicine I would be taking to help and even ask why vitamins I should take to help boost my immune system. I had a good idea what I should take, but wanted was surprised I was offered no information except to stay at home until I was feeling better. It makes me very sad that it was more important to her to grill me on why I wasn't v@ccinated instead of helping me feel better. I had to dig to get information to help alleviate my symptoms I was so bewildered to have been grilled in that manner by a medical professional and will certainly not be returning. I sure hope this review will save others from such a disheartening experience with the medical care system that is set in place to help the sick.

Im still waiting for care on cpap supplies since my new insurance cigna doesnt use the same company and nobody can answer who to use. They told me to call my insurance and figure it out. Last time I was there I waited more 2 hours past my appointment time before I got in to see her. When I complained I was told that's just the way it is. I accidentally dropped the "F" bomb in my frustration. When I finally got in to see Dr. Morgan she lectured me about my language. You're kidding, right? Evidently there's a "tattle-tale" at the front desk. A 20 year patient in frustration uses a bad word and I'm now the enemy? I tried to offer constructive criticism on how she could improve wait times but she was on the defensive protecting her staff. In addition, one of the nurses was discussing my illness in a very loud voice that everyone could hear which I did not appreciate. I used to feel like a person, now I feel like I'm in the cattle call line. I have asked for my records to be transferred to another doctor. I got new insurance this year & had to switch all my Drs to Sant Lukes Network. I'm so happy I…read morefound Dr. Swords. Switching pcps can be nerve wracking, but she made the process easy. I was nervous upon meeting her, but she's so easy to talk to & made me very comfortable when I established care. She helped me get all my records transferred in the easiest way possible. She also works with me on the cheapest way to keep me healthy and still do my preventative care without it completely breaking my bank account since my insurance only covers certain things. Lol Dr. Swords even refilled my medications until I got established with my other doctors at Saint Luke's. I live between two different states and she works with me on sending medications to the pharmacy wherever I'm at as well as having flexible scheduling with all of my traveling. It's obvious Dr. Swords cares about her patients a lot. So happy to have her as my primary care provider.

93 year old mother was at Dr. Swords office yesterday, September 23rd, 2020, for minor examination…read more She was put into exam room and ignored there for over an hour. She finally had to climb down from the exam table and walk out into the hallway to find help as the staff totally ignored her. She had to interrupt the staffs' loud BS session in order to get help. My mother complained to Nurse Practitioner about having to sit on exam table for an hour and was told that she didn't have to sit there as she could have sat in the chair while waiting. To repeat, she's 93 years old and the staff should have attended her and offered to help her climb down in order to protect the doctor's liability. If she had fallen there would definitely have been a lawsuit! This is the final straw for my mother's time with Dr. Swords as there is ALWAYS some kind of problem and things are never quite right when trying to get health care through Dr. Swords. Both my mother and wife are Dr. Swords' patients and we will be leaving this St. Lukes practice and taking our great medical insurance back to HCA doctors. DO NOT go to Dr. Swords or St. Lukes health system if you expect good care!
