If not paid in 30 days or less they turn it over to a collection agency even if you're paying them monthly. Then the agency starts the phone harassment process. They call daily. The hospital is fully aware of their tactics but use them. The collection agency was informed that the hospital was being paid monthly and there are no other funds, they said they did not care will call daily until the hospital tells them to stop. This is criminal phone harassment by state statue. We like the staff and the closeness of the hospital, but they are pushing us away. They advertise they care about us but cause unnecessary stress daily on our mental health. Does it take a lawsuit to get justice. We are on social security and no savings so what do they want us to do. So if you dont have cash to pay your copay within 30 days expect harassment daily

Told me he was already home and wasn't coming back to office. He asked me to call the next morning to reschedule. I didn't call so he tried to call back that evening. Little too late.

Also the facility is always well lit and clean. The kids look like they enjoy it as much as they possibly can there. In the end, she ordered an MRI. But my insurance kept denying it. I waited 2 months only to find out she had coded it all wrong. Completely opposite diagnosis than what I had. He does not believe in the, "One size fits all" mentality. He, or his assistant, Leslie are prompt in getting back with you. I would recommend Dr. Gordon Kelly who wants a professional team with true empathy. The office is also well organized and prompt in taking care of your needs. Please be aware they allow their staff 1 hour, (12pm to 1pm) for lunch and are closed on Fridays. Dr Gordon Kelly is an excellent neurologist and I highly recommend him if you are looking for an outstanding physician.
