I was looking a little rough prior to the wedding and I figured I should get a cut to impress my cousins wife. I ultimately wanted to get cleaned up and give my beard a little trim as that's what I told the barber. I'm pretty sure the barber was the young kid (I think his name was Joe). I couldn't help but notice a mother and her 2 kids in the chair next to me. The mother seemed very concerned for her children as the barber appeared to be very rough moving the kids head around trying to get it straight..nearly screaming at that child. Finally time for my cut after 45 minutes of waiting, which i almost got up and left, my mistake! My beard? Off my face. My hair/sideburns? uneven. Not by a little, but by several inches on each side. As soon as I walked in the shop I was hit with a putrid smell coming from the bathroom and dirt and old hair from clients all over the floor and molding. After my cut I went to the bathroom to wash my hands from the nasty chair and it was SO dirty. Black mold all over the place! Sink was barely functional and there was no soap. Barely any toilet paper and nats everywhere. After my unpleasant journey to bathroom, I went to pay, which came to $40. I felt very upcharged for the service and on top of that the barber demanded a tip in which i gave him $5 and he gave it back and said "I want $10." Would give it zero stars if I could, DO NOT go.
