I've been going to Different Strokes for almost 30 years and Tony is amazing. Over the years, many amazing hairdressers have come and went. Tony was always pleasant and talkative and did a great job. Always quite satisfied. I believe in great customer service as I have worked in that field over 20 years and now own my own business for children and adults on the spectrum so I speak to and treat all my members w respect and kindness. Last week my spouse went in to get her hair dyed purple . She paid 80 dollars. For that price you'd think it was permanent and should have been told it wasn't. That isn't the problem however. When I called to inquire about the situation and get clarification that purple isn't permanent and it was a miscommunication I was given an attitude by his daughter like I've never heard before. There was such hostility because I "had the audacity" to call and question. I wasn't even angry before the call I just wanted clarification. However, WHAT I DIDNT EXPECT was dismissal and rather rudeness from the owner and then Extreme rudeness and attitude from his daughter. They Just lost a 30 year customer. Such a shame. Worst cut ever. Not the best barber in town. You want an authentic shave and cut go somewhere else. This is the place not to go.
