I came here to take passport photos, but unfortunately the pictures did not meet the government requirements. As a result, I had to spend extra time and money to retake them somewhere else. What makes me even more upset is that I trusted this location because of the many positive reviews, but my own experience was the opposite. Something as simple as a passport photo should be done correctly the first time. This review is only to share my honest experience, without any exaggeration.

I went up and told the cashier I was there for passport photos. They will ask what size photo you need depending on what you're applying for so make sure to have that info just in case. For example, I was there for an international drivers license which is the same size as passport photos. To the right of the service counter, they have the photo area complete with chair, mirror, and lights for the optimal shot. The process was really quick and the printing only took 5 minutes. It's also wayyy cheaper than what Shoppers charges. It was about $50 per person for 2 passport photos at Shoppers but it was $45 for me and my partner to do ours here (2 pics each).
