Worst salon ever.. I got a full set of French tips acrylics a week ago (after arguing with the nail lady of what I wanted) she wouldn't stop trying to get me to get this get that this is better that's better. ALL I WANT IS A FULL SET OF FRENCH TIPS WITH A GEL COATING, that's it. "Oh you want a pedicure too? Your eyebrows need to be done" I was so annoyed. She told me I looked like I was 14. Like what? And when I was looking at my nails, she asked me "what what's wrong I did a good job" I was like uh yeah.. And here I am a week later with two broken nails! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I ave never been this disappointed in Oasis. Since moving down the strip from the old location in Spencer, the service has gone severely downhill. The techs rush, they don't listen to what you wants, an overall service is lacking. Today I went in for an eyebrow wax and a manicure, and the tech did a terrible job with my eyebrows and ten asked if I wanted her to fix her mistake. Umm yes I do, thank you very much. Also the gel manicure I got did not com out as I was hoping. I can 100% guarantee that I will not be going back. Instead, I will drive the hour to the Hampshire Mall and go to Nail Pro. They are much more professional and they actually know what they are doing. read more

Very nice, looks clean until I noticed they don't use the right cleaners for the nail utensils. The girl just used soap and water, which I thought, oh no. So I asked if they had that blue cleaner and put them in a sanity microwave (not to sure of the name) she said no. So, I don't think I'll go back. I like to see places using those. Soap and water isn't going to clean the nail stuff off if someone has a fungus or something. The prices were good. read more

Not sure what's going on but I went to the Oasis in Spencer (now moved into the old Hallmark store spot) and the pedicure was not the same as the ones they have given me before. It felt rushed and no hot towel wrap. Also my heels were not scrubbed with the grater and they definitely should have been done. read more

I love this place! I've been here many times for pedicures, manicures, and gel manicures, and they always do a fantastic job. I also had my eyebrows waxed here once and was very happy with how they came out. I normally get most of my nail work done in Boston where I live, but whenever I'm home visiting my parents I always stop here because they do a much better job than any shop I've been into in Boston! read more

I love Oasis salon. Me and my family and friends do too. I have but favorites but like them all. Even as a walk -in I have good luck but I like o make an appointment. I do not do Acyrlic fake nails because my own grow great now that I get manicures regularly I love the hair Salon also. I have Faith but both seem good. I give gift certificates all the time. read more

I have been a loyal customer since Oasis opened... However, I feel that since they have opened their second location in Southbridge, the Spencer location has suffered. The techs rush through and don't understand what you are looking for when it comes to designs, or even glitter! I miss the old Oasis and after visiting today will be finding another salon :( read more

Review is for Spa Service. Been here a few times for my nails and quality of service was not great but just acceptable. Despite my better judgement I decided to try the couples massage for Valentines Day because it's near by my home. We got there on time for appointment, made a week in advance, we didn't get into room until 20minutes after scheduled time. We were told they were "setting up the room." Once I'm the room, it was much too small as a massage room for one much less two people (no more than 10x10 -if that big)!!!!! And the masseuse was still trying to arrange the tables for another five minutes while we helped her. Once room was "ready" -there were the two beds a small table with oils and Radom things, including a deodorant :-/... We settles in and one masseuse came in and started working on me. She told me my boyfriend's masseuse would be in in five minutes. I asked at least 3/4 times, that 5minutes was 20 before the other person came in! NOT A COUPLES MASSAGE. That wasn't the worse part- my masseuse had NO IDEA what she was doing!!!!!!! She was not a masseuse! I kept hoping it would get better, but it didn't- worse massage I've EVER HAD! She kept scratching me with her nails and "accidentally" touching me in the wrong places!! She rubbed me as you would wipe off a dirty table and used me as a support, resting her arm and leaning against me, as she walked around the table and when she bent to squirt oil from the container on the floor. I am not sure why I didn't stop her or refuse to pay, I guess I hoped it would get better, I was in shock and just hoping that my whole Valentines Day wouldn't be ruined, it was. My boyfriend got a better masseuse, but he too found his experience to be mediocre, at best. There was a constant buzzing sound that I couldn't figure out where it was coming from and banging from the restaurant next door. For the first time ever during a massage, I found myself wondering when was the hour going to end. The massage ended 10 minutes early. Not sure if I was actually grateful for this. I paid, tipped and left. Before leaving, manager asked how was it, as he worked on someone's nails, I said "not good." He continued to work and did nothing. As I went next door for lunch I decided to go back and complain because I couldn't shake how disappointed I was. After telling them how awful my experience was, I was refunded $10 of a $150 bill and given 25% off my next service. This was even further insulting and I left! I got a basic pedicure and a gel manicure. My biggest complaint is that te gel manicure lasted 2 days. I got it done on Sunday, by Tuesday the bottoms of my nails (near the cuticles) started peeling significantly (lost half the polish on one nail). Makes me think she didn't cure it correctly? Secondly, the pedicure was nice, but upon close examination the edges and sides of the nail are not covered adequately, which bothers me because I will have to go back sooner. Lastly, even though I had an appointment, I felt like my manicurist was rushing to finish my nails/toes, and listened to her complain about how many appointments/ how busy she was that day. My daughter and I have been loyal customers here for a few years now. However, the last two times were so disappointing we will not go back / recommend. The staff that used to be friendly is gone. The ones there now do not speak any understandable english and act as if we are bothering them. I swear they talk to each other unkindly about the clients sitting right there. You can ask for and pay for identical services but don't consistently get them. I agree that they rush you; and also have noticed the poor sanitation...the last time I was there I saw the tech take a dish with tools she used on the person next to me, just rinsed them under water, and used them on someone else!!!!!! The three things that matter for me to patron a business: Friendliness, Cleanliness & Quality. I'll pay more to go somewhere else. Enuf for us...hello board of health!!!! read more

Wish I could give negative star. Worst place for anything! RUDE staff, place is supposed to be renovated, looked in shambles. Nail polish station directly sitting in the sun: nail polish drying out and clumpy, cheap brands to choose from. There wasn't any soap available to wash with. Very rushed, manicure looked like it was done by a year old when I left. Polish all over my hands and uneven filing. I had a hang nail and I asked her to remove it she said she couldn't see it and had no idea what I was talking about!?! Lazy and cheap... Go down the street to May's Nails in Spencer. You'll be treated properly. I went to oasis b/c this was a last minute thing. Next time i would rather go without and wait. Its the pits! :( read more

My fiancé bought me a gift card for valentines day. I brought my friend with me and we both got mani pedis. We went without appointments but made sure we went with at least a couple hours of availability because we figured we'd have to wait. We waited in the waiting room for a couple minutes and then were seated in the pedicure chairs. We waited for about 15 minutes until someone came and started my pedicure. She sat there for about another half an hour before anyone started hers. When my pedicure was finished one of my nails didn't even have a clear coat on it and one had such a thick layer of clear that it wouldn't dry and ended up smudging. When I was seated for my manicure, the guy doing my nails asked a woman checking out how her experience was and she said not good and walked out. He got up from my manicure to chase this woman out the door. I waited for about fifteen minutes while he did whatever else for this lady. I finally got up and walked over to the table my friend was at and complained that. Y toes didn't have a top coat and I had been sitting there for so long. The woman doing her nails said something to the guy and he finally came back. I told him my pointer finger was messed up because my nail wasn't cleaned off right and he just painted over it. He did this two times and I just stopped saying something. I finally checked out with my gift card, I told them to give the remaining $7 on it to someone else because I wouldn't be back. I wish I could put a picture of my nails with this horrible review. Never will I go back there. read more
