Sheena's is the nicest salon in the area, with a chic and clean interior, large square footage, and reliably beautiful results. I typically get a cut with foils, but their service menu is extensive. The beauticians and stylists seem happy to be here, which always makes or breaks a shop for me. The price points are on the higher side, but I feel as though it's fair for the upscale experience and good treatment/products. read more

I wish I had good things to say, but very disappointed. I made an appointment for a lip wax. I checked in at front desk. Waited 20 minutes for a 5 minute wax.. Why? No one notified the person who does it. Then I was told I had a spa wax for friggen $17.00 . I never requested a SPA wax. Just a wax. You guys ripped me off. I will never go there again. You have terrible customer service, and definitely took advantage of me. Maybe you need to train your staff better. read more

It can be nerve wracking to have someone work so closely to your very important and sensitive eyeballs. I must say, Michelle is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She takes such care into making sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. She is precise and efficient. The experience felt so easy and relaxing. I can honestly say I have been looking for a hair stylist that would listen for about 10 year. I am elderly but like to look stylish. No matter what I asked for I ended up with the standard "old lady" haircut. After years of frustration I asked a stranger (to me) who cut her hair. Thats when I discovered Sheena. Sheena took one look at my hair and instantly knew what I needed. It was totally amazing and what a haircut, perfect. Today I went back for my second cut, hoping the first cut wasn't a fluke. No fluke haircut here. Again a perfect haircut thanks Sheena. I will only let Sheena cut my hair from now on. I booked at Sheena's Salon for my wedding day 6/4/2022, along with 5 family members. The entire staff went above & beyond for all of us, including doing my sister's hair which wasn't scheduled & a last minute decision. Caroline did a great job with makeup for 3 of us & another makeup artist (I forgot her name, I'm sorry) did my mother-in-laws. The results were beautiful. It was such a great atmosphere being able to get this done hours before the wedding with lots of laughs & fun! Casey did an amazing job on my hair as well as putting in extensions that stayed in my hair for days after the wedding while on my honeymoon. I would highly recommend Sheena's & it is now my salon of choice, even though it's a 30 minute drive one way. Its worth it to me to know how well I'll be taken care of. @sherrie provided a reiki session that exceeded my expectations. Energy work can be different for everyone and the provider can drive the session. Sherrie is in tune with energy. My chakras hit were enlightening and heart warming providing me to be full . I felt exhausted before my session and completely refreshed after. I will be back for more. I've been to this salon in their new location twice now. I can literally walk there which I can't beat, but I wouldn't go if they weren't top notch. The owner and employees obviously take pride in their business. They are continually adding onto and improving the new location and I can't wait to see it when it's done! I had a pedicure with Ashley who has a flair for cute designs on my toes (I'm always asking for something different). She did such a great job! This last time I tried the express spray tan and I have to say, what a difference! I had done one once before and hated the results, but this time she was super efficient and really thorough and my tan was perfectly feathered into my hands and feet with no annoying orange lines. For clarification, I go to Sheena's just for my lash extensions so this is primarily what my review is about. First, the place is very easy to find with plenty of parking. The receptionist is very friendly & always smiling. Along with the outside, the inside is nice, but a little cold to me in the winter...I'm a delicate flower . All the stylists appear to be friendly as well as I wait my turn. Now ladies...if you're looking for a professional lash extension SPECIALIST, Kate is your woman!!! Kate is super friendly & truly engaging. She uses high quality supplies & AUTHENTIC lashes! I was going somewhere else before finding her & I couldn't say the exact same things. Hence why I'm where I am now & staying unless she moves out of state! She doesn't rush thru her work, her room is cutely decorated & there's even soothing music playing in the background. I'm addicted to my light feathered lashes...which are NATURAL looking without looking like caterpillars crawling on my eyelids. I have naturally short curly lashes so I always figured extensions would be difficult to place on me & wouldn't last long. Well, not only does Kate easily apply them, but I usually can go 3-4wks between refills. #KateIsTheBestLashLady hands down!!! Sorry I didn't have a before and after. I had the same hairdresser for more than seven years and recently found out my coworker Tiffini was also a hairdresser. I booked an appointment with her-and had the best experience than I have ever had. It truly was wonderful. Tiffini was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding of what I wanted. Basically-the exact thing a person looks for in a hairdresser. I can't speak highly enough about her as a stylist, the beautiful salon, the amazing products, or the incredibly pleasant staff. This is truly a well run Salon and a great place to be able to have that spa experience. I recommend everyone to Tiffini Mercier and Sheena's Salon! read more

Terrible, I would not recommend this place..I got my hair colored and "trimmed "a couple years back the girl who did my hair had weird red hair and tatoos she looked like trash and was obviously inexperienced , I think her name was Kristy ..It was the most lousy place I had ever gotten my hair done, the color was off,I asked for a trim and she ended up hacking a lot of my hair off and thinning it out, Not to mention it was very uneven..I visited a couple other salons and a manager of a different salon told me that the same girl who did my hair had gotten fired from that salon because she did such a shiteous job and gave everyone the same haircut. If you are looking for an excellent salon in the area, I would highly recommend, Tiffanys hair studio located in Leicester the owner and his wife do such a fantastic job every time at a very affordable price. They know exactly the right blend of coloring for my hair and do an excellent job in hair cuts and trims. I have gone back many times and will continue to do so in the future. Much better cut and color quality than Sheenas, without your pocketbook feeling raped. Sheenas salon charges way too much for a terrible nightmare of a service. read more
