Unfortunately this company gets 1-star because they do not stand behind their work. We had a ~$30K install on a huge 4K Aluminum Ramada, you would think that would qualify to be a good customer and if something went wrong they'd fix it. Well, all of the electrical wiring in the lights of the roof of the Ramada need to be repaired, and although Alonso initially said he'd fix it, he has now disappeared not returning calls or messages for weeks. An electrical company came out and quoted us about $900 to fix it, so unfortunately we will just have to pay out of pocket to get it done. The Ramadas are cool, but if something goes wrong don't expect any resolution from them. read more

YOU NEVER returned emails, phone calls, texts, etc., and YOU "decided to pass" because you "can't handle the work" because you're team left. Your response is a deflection of the truth and a total lie. A good boss keeps his crew and a good business man returns calls ... you're neither. Time is our most precious commodity in life and you wasted six months of mine. There are too many hard working people out there running reputable businesses, you're lack of professionalism and communication will surely make it difficult, if not impossible to survive in this industry. We had a pergola project completed by Oasis over last winter and we wanted to continue more business with the owner and Oasis. The fact we live less then 1/4 mile away from each would make this project easier. We asked to install the second pergola (this time it was an owner provided) back on 04/27/24 and Alonsoagreed to have this completed for us. He arrived the next day to estimated the projectalong with his crew and asked to pay them directly when they got everything completed.The height of the pergola was in question at the time (as it sits on a raised platform). Oasis' crew arrived next day, got it installed and left. It turned it needs to be trimmed down as we all anticipated. We called Alonso the next day and asked to trim it down as we ALL suspected it would sit too high before it was even installed. The day after the installation (04/29/24) Alonso responded via txt msg: "...I am going to have to fix it since it fall on me because I got involved to do you and them a favor. I need them to install two jobs for me before they leave. It won't be anytime soon. I'll have to make time for it. It will be when I get some free time..." It has been 4 months now as we've been sending several text messages, made numerous phone calls and left multiple voicemails to Alonso since his original response from 04/29/29. We have even offered to pay him some extra or split the cost just to get this project done correctly. He has been avoiding our calls, does not response to any messages, voice mails for the last 4 months. BEWARE! Unethical! read more

I placed a sizeable order with Oasis Patio in April 2021 for three 12' x 12' solid patio covers. While a small business, I selected Oasis for the job because they serve the West Valley, had competitive pricing, good reviews, and solid experience. In the end, my patio covers were completed in August primarily by the owner and builder, Alonso, and are a beautiful and functional addition to the yard. Alonso takes pride in his work and it shows in every detail from setting the posts to the final touches. In the case of my order, the wait was far longer than the advertised 6-8 weeks for my materials to be ready due to unexpected supplier shortages and huge back logs. This can be distressing when you have invested 50% upfront and have nothing to show for it; however, this seems to be a common problem at this time regardless of the company you select. Much to my relief, Danielle (office manager) listened and responded to my concern at the 3 month mark and came through with an alternative supplier. When work is being done on my property, I choose to be there which necessitates scheduling dates/times. I did experience several no shows for installation dates. Despite a few scheduling and communication challenges, Oasis definitely came through for me and got the job done and done well. On the third and final day of installation, Alonso worked a marathon day and hustled in triple digit heat. In the end, I have no regrets selecting Oasis. Both the quality of materials and installation are excellent and the work truly speaks for itself! read more

We called Alonso because our neighbor used him. He came after a couple of miscommunications about when he would come. When we finally met February 9th, we felt like we had a productive meeting and would like him to send a design as we wanted to proceed. About 2 weeks passed and no design. When I contacted him he said he thought we were going to wait until our hot tub arrived. I said that I thought he would draw up the desing for the HOA so that we would be ready to go once we had the hot tub. Since then we have had little contact. He did send an email saying he could come on a same day notice but sent it only 2 hours ahead of time. I did not see the email until later. I asked to switch to text as I check that much more often. He sent a text offering to come March 20. I responded an hour later and said any time after noon. He did not show up. Since then he has ghosted us. This was about 2 weeks ago. I guess he didn't need our business. Maybe he doesn't need yours. read more

UPDATED: Alonso is a very nice guy. Our project took much longer than expected and at times Oasis Patio did not return texts/calls/emails, so we were in the dark on the status of our project. In the end, our project was finally completed and we are satisfied with the finished product but it was a difficult process. After 5 months, the job still isn't complete, based on the contract. It's been a terrible experience. Little to no communication. I could go days or weeks without a single reply, to multiple texts and emails. The last email I sent them, was more than 3 weeks ago. Still no reply. I've given up. They've been out once to fix a leak. The cover is still leaking. The contract I signed, included an agreement that they would handle the permit process. I have since found out that they never even applied for a permit. So, now I have to deal with the city myself, and try to get a permit for a project that is already "complete". And with the leaks, I doubt it will pass inspection. read more

I believe that when you receive great customer service and are happy with something you should let the company know. My husband and I recently bought our house and have been slowly working on our backyard. I have been going to the home shows and recently met came across this company. The guys in the booth explained some of my options to me and I took their card so I could speak to my husband about it. When I called I spoke with Alonso, he was actually the person I dealt with the whole time and he was very communicative with the scheduling and the process. They arrived to my house on time and began working. I had to run some errands and when I got back they were almost done and it was gorgeous!!! I made an appointment for a consultation six weeks in advance because they were busy with bookings. I waited at home all afternoon for a 3 pm-5 pm appointment at my home. At 4:30 pm I called the company and they told me that Alonzo was running long on a project and would not be arriving. They did not initiate this contact, I had to call. So the office asked me if I would be available on the upcoming Saturday morning and I waited again and no Alonzo, no call from the company at all. On Monday, I called the office and expressed my disappointment. I told them that I want a FIRM appointment, not one at the end of an installation day that may or may not take place as scheduled. I was told this was not their policy. I asked for a reschedule, and have not heard a peep and it is now several weeks later.
