We moved here from California and didn't know where to store our 33 foot A class RV. Not everyone offers covered storage and with the random hail storms we learned this was important. We found them on Yelp, they responded quickly and had us in a covered space within 24 hours. The property is clean and easily accessible. Gated with cameras which is great since this is an asset we are leaving on the property. I even forgot my gate code one time and sent them a text. Received a response within a few minutes. I'm a newbie - as in I bought a 5th wheel camper and taking driving lessons. I met with Gary at the storage facility and we talked about the best space to rent where I could easily pull my new RV into. I've now been on 2 camping trips and find pulling out & in is easy because there's a lot of space between the rows of covered spaces. There are cameras everywhere you turn so I feel my investment is safe. This storage facility is fairly new and is well cared for. Lastly, it's close to 130 & I35 freeways. I do not have words to express how much I appreciate Gary and his storage facility. My husband was deploying last year and we wanted our 5th wheel in covered storage. After only being able to locate 12 foot garages I frantically called him who went so far above and beyond to rearrange things and get us a 14 foot door. This facility is very secure with a keypad entry, very clean with outlets in each unit for trickle chargers and such. Excellent facility with a variety of storage spaces, including open, covered, and garaged. Very clean and well laid out, with good security. Extra conveniences include two entry/exit locations and an air station for refilling tires. The owner, Gary, is friendly and very responsive. Gary Ruwaldt is the owner-operator and provides excellent, personalized service to his customers. I have kept a motor home at Oasis Storage since it opened in 2010. The facility is alway clean, and Gary seems to be constantly improving it with more buildings and concrete driveways although the graveled areas are in perfect shape! As a single woman, I have always felt extremely safe alone while in the facility; the security cameras, the lights, and the secured entrance gates made me feel very comfortable leaving my motor home or car at the facility and going out alone to retrieve them.
